I purchased a High performance kit from this Company received the kit put it on and it didn't work. My bike wouldn't start anymore. I took the kit off put back the original and the dirtbike started right up. This was a defective product that they gave me. I contacted them and asked them for a refund and they said no refunds. So basically they can send you a garbage product and you have to just accept it and they keep the money BUYERS beware. I STRONGLY recommend never buying from this company if they're willing to do business in this fashion. 10/2/2024Review from Francisco P

People be warned this atv store is not reliable to purchase online and receive your product from a good shipping company, they use roadrunner freight and they are the worst look them up they dont care and if you have bad luck they will mess your stuff up and Orion will not do anything for you, they just want the money after that youre stuck in a process of waiting to find out your stuff come broken after 2 months

We use over 20 different shipping companies and yes they damage items sometimes but they insure the item if you will follow the directions we gave you when you purchased. Unfortunately you DID NOT do this. You signed the invoice when you purchased that said you would fully inspect your bike when it arrived and sign for it if it had any damage and you did not do this.
We have you do this inspection and sign so we can file a claim on your behalf. When you dont sign for it when it arrives and do it later, the shipping company has no idea who damaged it and will usually not cover it. This is why we had you sign the document agreeing to do this. We made it very clear on what to do and you did not do this.
