    On July 10, 2024, I contacted Roto Rooter for a quote on a water heater leak. I was given a quote and agreed to the price. On July 11, 2024, a new water heater was installed. I know I failed to get a 2nd quote, that is my own fault. I was so distraught with all the water that leaked into my garage that I just agreed with the price quote. I contacted the company the day after to get an itemized receipt of all charges that led to the $1046.76 and I did receive the invoice, but it was not itemized to what they charged for each item they did. i emailed them twice, called them more than once to obtain this information and they have failed to get back to me. I feel they overcharged me for the install of a water heater especially because it was still under warranty.

    I hired roto rooter to fix the problem I had in my rental home. Everyone my tenants flushed the toilet the water with waste material come out of bathtub drain. They came on Sunday 11/11/23 they quoted me $744.00 to take out the toilet look through the line with camera and take care of the problem. They did and said there was roots there and they cleared it and down the line I may want to change the mainline as it may have crack and roots can get in there again. So it seemed the problem was solved. However 2 weeks later today 11/26/23 my tenant told me the toilet doing the same thing. I called roto rooter and they said they have No warranty for their work and they said they could do hydrojet to get the roots. Apparently he says they were not able to get all the roots. They did not tell me they did not get all the roots or from the beginning did not tell me they may not be able to get the roots. They charge me so much money and 2 weeks later I have the sane problem. They sent me a Video of it which is very short and I do not see that much roots. To begin with. I want the money I spent with them back since they did not fix the problem.
