  On 4/6/24, I paid ***** ******, owner of American Pride Asphalt $6400 to do a job for me which included constructing a driveway from the street to my home. This entailed scraping up the ***** grassy driveway, lay down recycled asphalt and roll it over to compact it. Job was done, a few months later (Sep 8, 2024) I contacted ***** to let him know a lot of weeds were coming through what he compacted down and I needed him to come back out. He said he could come back out, burn the weeds, add some ********, compact and tar it over for $5850. I agree to it. He comes back out, does the job and assured me no weeds would grow through it and there was a 3 year warranty. The very next day, the ******** were coming up, the asphalt was breaking up in several places and the *** job was already failing. He said wait a week and he would come back out. He never contacted me back to come back out. I tried contacting him for 2 weeks, via calls and texts and ********. He has not called back, or texts to try and get it resolved.

  In April 2022, this company repair/replace my driveway. Early this year we had a bad rainstorm that washed out most of the driveway. Their invoice clearly states that the driveway is under a 3-year warranty for no potholes or washouts. I have contacted *********************** *************), the person who signed the document, about the situation and he eventually came out to look at the driveway and said he would make right. That was over a month ago. I tried contacting him again in the last week and no response at this time.

  I paid him $4500 to come out and do a seal coat on my driveway and patchwork along the edges of my Chipseal where it was breaking apart. He said with my price I would get a four year warranty against any washing, disintegrating, or falling apart. Within five days the material he put down was fragmenting and falling apart. It never hardened it never compacted. It never formed anything resembling the driveway. I have called him multiple times initially he said he would come out and fix the job now he is no longer returning phone calls And has no intention of standing behind the warranty that he gave me. I told him I would be happy with half of my money returned so that I can find someone else to fix this project. No response.

  American Pride Asphalt put some rock down on my driveway a couple of weeks ago. I called them 3-28-2022 to come out and put more rock down the driveway because of low spots. I talked to *********************** and he informed me that they would be out 4-1-2022 with more rock. I have not heard from him since. Ive called and emailed him several times with no response. Now its 4-6-2022 and still have not heard from him. I paid $4000.00 with an 18 month satisfaction guarantee.
