    Seller said 4-8 weeks for product manufacturing and turnaround. Then repeatedly made excuses for delays. Then the Pandemic hit and just slowed everything down, and he kept it up. Product 1 ordered in Sept 7 2018 [$323.99 USD], Product 2 ordered on June 18 2020 [$388.82 USD]. Neither product was produced or delivered, inquiries left unmet or stated that it was almost ready and about to go out. Sometimes slow responses were due to life hardship, he would post generic responses on instagram. or other reasons, over the past 5 years. Nothing delivered, no response for refunds. This independent business failed to be professional and supply refund or ship the product that was paid for. This is extremely disappointing. I would prefer the paid product be shipped if possible, but since it's been 5 years for one order & 3 years for the other, it's hard to accept anything will be sent. I would rather have my purchases refunded at this point, since I don't expect the items in question to be delivered. Since this is a one person independent operation its hard to take his word for it at this point.At this point it's just Integrity, either send the product or refund.

    Attached my response to the recent email update. The Business has not responded in anyway. Did not resolve this dispute nor do I believe they will.

    On June 1st 2022 I ordered a red hood helmet from his website and I haven&#**;t received anything since then. I tried contacting him and never received any response plus it seems like it&#**;s not just me with this problem he&#**;s been doing this with other customers. it seems like he only makes and delivers the product for people with a higher social status. every couple months he would post on his story making it seem like he&#**;s working hard on sending out orders but I feel like he just does that only to give us false hope and since then he pretty much went ghost on his instagram even turning off comments I honestly think this guy should get his website shutdown so nobody else can fall for this scam.

    Owner is stringing people along with stating he is behind and dealing with personal issues causing him to be late on their orders. He stops responding and never sends items they order for hundreds of dollars. I placed an order feb 2022 #**** and never received the order after multiple promises of priority and delivery. The owner stopped responding.

    I order a ronin mask from dark knight fx. It said on his site 8-12 weeks and it's been more then that nearly a full year. I already tried to email him to no avail, I tried messaging him on Instagram to no avail. He I'd not responding to anyone. So far their are Multiple people having the same issue of not getting their products or refunds some even waited 3 years for there helmet or mask. I'm done waiting. I want the job done and my mask delivered or a full refund.

    I placed an order in June of 2020 and two years later still have not received the item. I have reached out multiple times through many different sources (tik tok, Instagram, email, and even text messages) and have gotten few responses. The responses I have gotten state that the order will be ready soon, but that was back in December of 2021 and again in May of 2022, and yet still no update or information about when the order will be shipped.

    In June of 2020 order #1769 was placed for a custom helmet. In Sept Oct and Dec of 2020 we sent emails requesting updates. In Jan Feb Apr etc 2021 we reached out to the company requesting information on helmet. We then sent several text messages and finally received a reply July 21, 2021. Company said they were sick and offered us as a replacement an already built helmet. We agreed on that exchange, but we have heard nothing from the company since that day. We have not received the original custom helmet, nor the agreed upon exchange. The company has not responded to any texts or emails. They have a no refund policy because the helmets are custom made - our helmet cost roughly $400. It has been 2 years and the company is negligent.

    Date of transaction: October 11, 2020 Amount: $329.24USD Payment Method: VISA card I placed my order with dark Knight FX almost 2 years ago and have yet to receive my order. There have been multiple direct messages with ***** ****s through Instagram to which he either ignores or replies back saying that my order should be ready within the next week or so and that he will contact me within the week for shipping details yet I not only get no response back about any delays but no word on shipping details. The only way to get a response from ***** ****s is if you post directly on his Instagram posts that you have weeded almost 2 years for the item and he doesn’t reply back, then he will directly reply to you saying he’ll get to work on it. You also advised me in one of his replies that he has a backlog of orders that he’s trying to get through but places specific orders in priority rather than working on his older items first, this is horrible business practice and should be working all orders as per date they were received. It’s also very aggravating to be waiting for your order to arrive that you paid your hard earned money for while he was posting photos of new equipment, new designs, and orders that are going out while he was ignoring your messages/order

    I ordered from darkknightfx.com on April 21st, 2020. I ordered two items, a torso piece and the Hybrid V2 helmet and that’s basically the extent of my relationship with Dark Knight FX. My orders, 1702 and 1703 seem to be stuck in time, though it’s reassuring ***** *****, the owner, told me that they were being worked on in August 2021 before never replying again. Others from around the internet seem to have very similar experiences, not even sure anyone other than cosplayers are getting anything. Too bad there’s no refunds either or I’m sure 98% of ***** *****’ revenue would vanish.
