Natrease T****** is one of the worst business people I have ever met. Not only was the service horrible but the food was even worse. The gave me spoil potatoes salad and rotten meat. Please stay away from this bogus company. She don't even deserve the one star I had to give to her.

I would NOT recommend this caterer to anybody. At first she seemed so nice and very accommodating. She drove from Houston to my home in willis to do a taste test which was so nice. I needed a caterer that was affordable so we went with her. Communication was always good as well so I didn’t really think I had to worry. However, we had many issues. She was supposed to arrive at 3 to setup. When it was about 3:15/3:30, I realized she wasn’t here yet. I panicked and called her. She told me that they were running late due to a bad accident. I did not believe this because I had many family members coming from all sides of Houston area and everyone made it before 4 and she was supposed to be 3. She also didn’t feel the need to inform me of this prior to me calling. Next comes dinner time. It was so chaotic so I didn’t get much time to deal with everything going on. But she was missing MULTIPLE items and then one of the pastas we had was incorrect. This was even more frustrating because a few days before the wedding she asked me if we ever decided on appetizers because she couldn’t find her notes. This was concerning because I even emailed her a confirmation a month before the wedding. She didn’t even speak with her at all about the issues. She also brought very little food. I paid for 120 guests and only had about 100 show up, and there was not enough food. I had multiple people tell me that they only got one scoop of pasta and on top of all of that the food was cold. I had guests have to buy food when they left which is embarrassing. She told my mom she was going to go get more salad and NEVER showed up again. I emailed her a list of every thing that was wrong and requested a partial refund. She agreed to refund $300. However, after waiting and contacting her for 5 weeks, I never did get that refund. She just decided to never reply to me again. I’m also blocked on fb & the Facebook page is deleted. I paid her through PayPal and I was able to get refunded that way.
