    I purchased three comics from them through ebay. I reached out to them several times, each time they apologized and asked me for an order number, or my address, or to pick another item because one of the items I'd ordered was damaged. Now that ebay's time limit to file a return has passed, there's not much I can do. They told me they can't refund me because the window through ebay has closed (even though paypal is an option), so I could pick another comic. I selected one, but did not hear back as of yet, slightly over two days later, and feel that I am just being strung along.

    I purchased an item from this company on August 9, 2022 for $134.36. As of the time of this complaint I have yet to receive the item. The item was purchased through **** and an item to receive a refund was sent to this seller through ****, which was ignored. Due to the fact that the purchase occurred over 90 days ago **** is not responsible for issuing a refund. That is the sellers AnZ Comics responsibility to do so. They never replied to the request and now the case is closed due to inactivity on their part. The **** order number was **************

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Due to the fact the date of purchase is outside of ****’s guidelines to receive a refund. I have attempted to resolve this through **** which this seller never responded to. Please see photos attached

    Hello this is an **** transaction and must be resolved on ****. **** does not allow us to correspond with anyone outside of ****. If you message us on **** and we will be happy to resolve it to the best of our ability. This is not a transaction directly with our company but through a third party platform, ****. We are bound by limitations/rules of the platform we sell on. **** does not allow parties to communicate outside of ****. **** is also the payment processor, we do not have access to your payment history, credit card info etc.

    I purchased multiple items from ANZ Comics and they were never delivered. I asked for a refund, but they said I was past the 90 day return fee. If the items never shipped, I should be entitled to a refund.

    This matter with this hostile buyer was already escalated to **** and **** sided with us, we have nothing further to add. **** does not allow us to do anything outside of eBay.

    It's been more than 90 days and the business never sent my paid items. If you google this company, there are several other customers with the same complaint. It's a 90 day scam that this company is doing to several customers. They tell you that it's on "back order" with no communication or resolution. This business should be shutdown in my opinion. Customers are paying for a product and never receive it.

    I purchased a Marvel Galactus Metallic Version Jumbo 10" Pop! Vinyl Figure that was on presale on Feb 04, 2021. The estimated delivery was for March 22nd, 2021. That date passed and reported that an item hadn’t arrived with ****. AandZComics responded "This pop hasn't been released yet, due out in June. If you'd still like the pop please close the case otherwise let me know if you'd like me to refund you." I advised that I was confused as the order showed shipped but, closed the case as I still wanted the item. I reached back out in August of 2021 and they advised that they did receive the item but, it was damaged. They were returning it and asked if I wanted a refund or still wanted the item. I advised I would wait again. I waited until December and reached out multiple times for an update. I received no response from AandZComics. I tried going through **** and ****** but, due to the purchase being over 180 days, they advised they couldn't do anything. I tried reaching out to their business website but, have still not received a response.
