The service I received so far has been horendice. When I asked for a refund for a service that had not yet been completed they tell me I cannot get a refund or a remaining balance to the crappy job they did on my teeth. Where do I start. I go to them for annual exam, last month. They told me that I needed a bridge and a deep cleaning. They tried to charge me over $1,000. for a deep clean. I declined and then offered a cheaper cleaning, which was an horrible experience all in it's self. The following month my tooth cracks and I went back to them and asked why they did not tell me that I needed service on that tooth from my exam from the previous month. No answer to that question besides "we give our patients a list of services they need a little at a time so they won't get so overwhelmed with pricing". Bull crap! So Dr. Rhodes sawed off my tooth they put a temporary cap on it and after the numbness went away, I'm still having the same problem that I originally had before they sawed off my tooth and put in this tiny temporary cap that is so thin as paper, literally. They are refusing to give me a refund or even just taking the price for sawing my teeth down and giving me the remaining balance. I asked for their corporate office they are refusing to get me this information. I will be calling the better business bureau. I am afraid to return for them to do anything else to my teeth. I want to go to another dentist but they have taken my money and now refusing to giving it back. Horrible business practices.

The dentist at this location are incompetent and has cost me lots of money and unnecessary pain. About four years ago, I went in for routine cleaning. I was informed that I two cavities, agreed to both fillings. The dentist only did one. I was under the impression both were done. A few years later, thevtooth got worde and I had to have a root canal from another provider because this location told me the tooth had to be removed. The dentist made me feel horrible by telling me I should go to the dentist more. I was told that I would have to get false teeth. I began to cry as this is a sensitive topic for me. Again, the dentist was very insensitive and unprofessional. During this sane visit in later 2021/early 2022, I made mention of feeling a small hole in the back of one my teeth in the front. I was assured by the staff that after reviewing the x-rays, there was nothing there. I am now dealing with severe pain from that tooth and needing a tooth canal or false teeth. The staff has been very rude and unprofessional when dealing with them concerning my daughter's braces.

I was a patient at Summerwood Dental 12661 W Lake Houston Pkwy Ste G Houston, TX 77044. This office has the worst customer service, I had a root canal and a crown done in January 2022. The temporary crown keep breaking and when I called to let them know, I always for the run around. When the permanent crown came in I wasn't notified and called because the temporary crown came off for the 20th time. The doctors and the assistants are nice but the office staff and manager is horrible. I told the office manager she didn't have to be so rude and nasty her response was "you don't have to come here" I told her as long as my crown isn't right I will come to that office and I will not pay again (cash payment $1,058.00). This office need the owner to go undercover and see how sorry the service is, I've never been to a dental office where the service is this horrible. I contacted my insurance company to notify them of the service and I had a pending bill of service I had not received.
