Have been "working" with them since December of 2023. They have not responded to any of my emails since June of this year. I have no folders or anything to show from what they were working on. They took several of our close business partners' money, and now I'm convinced it was a scam. If it's not a scam, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not recommend working with them.

This company is a complete scam!! They will take your money and give you the run around MONTHS. They barely respond to emails. Anytime you ask when the folders or ad is ready they give a million excuses. Read reviews before sign anything with them!! Going on 7 months now and still nothing to show for it.

Had to file a harassment incident with the police. This company reached out inferring they were representing a local realtor company and we’re trying to establish connections with other local professional companies. I could tell after the sales pitch that they were not actually from this company and well expressing my concerns they hung up on me. I called back to clarify. I wasn’t able to speak with the employee responsible, but I did leave a message saying that it may be an error, but I felt like they had hung up on me and it was unprofessional. I recommended they give me a call, if this was a mistake. After leaving a voicemail, I called back to ask the person directing the calls the name of the company. I did tell them what happened. The person I was talking to now then let me know that they were a supervisor and that they would look into the matter. I asked for the name of the company. The supervisor wanted to know why I wanted to know the name of the company. I told her that I would most likely be recommending to other business owners not to use them, due to the fact that the employees behavior was extremely unprofessional. Supervisor denied my request to know the name of their company. She said I had no reason to have their name. Also said that they had my company information and if I wanted to go down that road we could. I asked if this was a threat. To which they responded responded that this was just the facts. She further went on to say that I should let this go. I refused and again asked the name of their company. The supervisor then went onto an antagonize me by saying that they had a lot of work and were “popping” but my company was not. I tried to explain to the supervisor she could’ve just apologized and showed that that employees actions did not represent the company. She continued to refuse to give me the name and ended the call. I later started receiving spam calls from block numbers, weird voicemails, slandering reviews on my companies ****** page.

I love the folders. Great staff. I am so glad I took advantage of reserving my spot. The R.O.I. we got from the ad and from meeting the real estate agents, was more than we expected. I will definitely be reserving again next year, and I will be reserving with any offices that have an available spot.

We have been using RightWay for our real estate presentation folders since we acquired our RE/MAX franchise over 7 years ago. Our rep is always prompt, helpful and friendly. When reaching out to companies on our behalf, they always provide our contact information for our working partners to reach back to us for verification. The nature of the process requires a lengthy turnaround time, but we receive quick responses and updates to our inquiries, and we plan accordingly. Covid created delays for everyone, as offices and print shops were closed, but this was part of the communication process so we could plan for it. On the one occasion we had a print error, they were quick to make it right for us. Our working partners have been satisfied and so are we!

From the second I met Taylor over the phone she was on top of her game. She presented me with options and sold me immediately. Two years later, I am still dealing with Taylor and her team for the marketing of my garage door business here in Illinois and my new location in Alabama. Great team to work with!!
