I completed all my exams by the end of May 2022. Every time I call I get a different story of why my file hasn’t been sent to the VA to process my claim. In august I was told it was being expedited to be send the next week. Today I get an email for a hearing exam, that I already did on May 11. When I called she said VA was asking for it so they scheduled it and then realized that the VA still doesn’t have the results of the one in may or any of my files because VES still has them and hasn’t sent them to the VA. Now no one can tell me why they haven’t sent the files to the VA. The VA tells me to call VES, VES tells a new story with each call and my VSO says call the VA. While all this is going on I still need treatment for 24 plus things I have claimed and have to pay co pays etc because I don’t have a VA rating. My retirement pay is only 2k a month take home to me and a good portion of this is going to meds office visits etc. Today I have to pay 265 dollars for a throat procedure that I have to have done every two years and it’s well documented in my file. If VES had sent my info to the VA and I had a rating I wouldn’t have to pay and I would actually be getting my money for compensation. So much for doing the BDD claim so it expedited it and you get rating right after you retire. Please send my files that you have been sitting on since may and stop lying. You told me the C&P doc didn’t sent you the file until sep 16, she showed me she sent it June 2 and you asked for a medication clarification on sep 16 and she responded immediately.

VES was contracted by the Veterans Administration to schedule and facilitate my Compensation and Pension exam. I had the exam July 13, 2022. That's almost 70 days ago. And from my understanding they have 48 hours to get these reports back and sent to the VA. The doctor that was contracted to complete my exam still hasn't finished my report. And VES has ONLY sent the doctor emails asking politely. From my understanding they have sent 10 emails and multiple calls with no response from the doctor. I am a Veteran that is close to being homeless and I am waiting on this report for a possible increase in my disability. I received a voice-mail and call from Katrina Spaulding the Veteran Liason telling me that there was nothing to be done. All I need to know is why they can't just reschedule my exam with a competent doctor. It should not take 70 days. This is blatantly incompetent and egregious on the part of VES. Katrina S. made it clear in the voice-mail and phone call that nothing has changed and will not change in the near future. And I want to know why not? Why not just reschedule me? Thanks in advance.
