PRICE GOUGING! Will not be recommending or using this company. They came to fix a pipe bust in my garage last year for $1,400 with a "5 year guarantee". This past week, prior to the 1/21/2025 freeze, I called John Moore to fix the same pipe due to a leak, they came out 2 times, once on 1/19 and again on 1/20, at 5pm on 1/20 before the freeze was set to come in. On 1/20 they tell me that because the break is in a different area of the same pipe it is not covered under warranty and they will now charge $7,500.... yes SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED to repair. We said no, called another plumber and it was $700 to repair. DO NOT USE THEM.Review from Isham W

Ricardo was upfront and honest. Thought I had a pipe to burst from the winter storm and it turned out to be a minor repair that was needed due to poor workmanship from a previous contractor. Saved me thousands of dollars by calling John Moore.Review from Rick V

We can’t thank Eric enough for his incredible help in fixing our heating system just before a big freeze. He was extremely professional, carefully diagnosing the issue and explaining the problem to us in a way that was easy to understand. We called John Moore to come out and look at a toilet that was clogged. Charged us around $250 to come out and try to snake it and that didn't work. They came back the next day and told us something was stuck in the toilet and it needs to be replaced (they couldn't even tell us what was in there with a camera). They quoted us $1700 to replace this old toilet. Looking at the itemized quote, the cheapest toilet they would replace it with was $900 and the rubber fitting was $400. After some quick research, we knew this was not good practice and I would even say unethical to upcharge people this much. I highly recommend calling anyone else for assistance.Review from David S
