My wife's I-751 petition was approved, she now have a 10-year green card! Yes, yes, yes! - It was great to hear this good news because from now on my wife doesn't need to stamp every year to be legally able to work in the US, we found many lawyers online, introduced by acquaintances but not as expected, until one day we found the office of David Nguyen Law Office, David guided us and always accompanied us in every step, David is extremely knowledgeable and competent in his field of law practice. I would recommend David to anyone who is facing ANY immigration issue. David has a lot of experience in guiding, gathering and preparing for any issue that can be detected down to the smallest detail. David is a professional, dedicated immigration attorney. Sincere thanks and gratitude for what he has done for my wife, David works hard and achieves proven results. If I could rate 100 stars I would.

I do recommend Mr David Nguyen as your immigration attorney because he pays attention to details, always makes sure your have all evidences and available to answer all your questions any time even on weekends. He is professional and has excellent service with excellent documents work. I started marriage based petition on March 27th 2024 and it was approved on November 16th 2024 ( only 8months) without interview or request for evidence. Attorney David Nguyen is such a PROFESSIONAL,HONEST and an AMAZING person.My case was very complicated with lots of hurdles.In 2016, I filed my marriage based petition myself.my case was denied and was invited to homeland security office for investigation, because my case was flagged as fraudulent.I was referred to Attorney David by a friend I was placed in removal/deportation proceedings, Attorney David help to get me out of that proceeding. in 2020,I filed another marriage based petition with the help of attorney David.After the interviews ,no decision was made. We made several inquiries, made several contact.Now it’s been 3 yrs after my interview.Then,Attorney David filed a FEDERAL LAWSUIT and 3 months later my case was APPROVED, with a 10yrs green card my experience was a hell of a ride.But, attorney David was there every step of the way. Attorney David assisted me with my immigration case, and I’ve recently become permanent resident. It was the best decision I ever made.
