    I have been a customer with this company since 2013. I have attended many seminars over new legislation, emergency range medical training, what to do in a active shooter situation... The lawyers have always been available for questions.

    I’m giving this Company a -1, I haven’t heard from them since I called 2 months ago to cancel. My reason for canceling is because when my husband and I signed up, we were promised live classes with Attorneys, and Police officers. We were promised printed materials monthly and yearly Law book with new changes in Concealed Caring. Nothing…. We haven’t had classes in 2 years!!! Found out that the previous retained Attorneys have left this company. So at this moment we are left without the promised classes, printed materials and who knows if we have attorneys now. I certainly feel that this company is only taking our money. As I said previously, I have not heard from anyone, nor can I get on the portal. Feeling if this company is even for real now.

    US Lawshield is a joke. Have had them 3 years now, and finally dropped them. Horrendous customer service.Horrendous app, and morals. Never anyone available that can help you, and do not allow members change anything on profile.( If you can even get on website) Most recently I haven’t been able to get on their portal to update payment. Called and emailed for WEEKS….no reply. Then I get a email saying “call customer care”, who I already talked to who said they don’t know why I can’t get in. These people have no clue, and they expect us to believe they will be there in an emergency….no they won’t…

    I didn't cancel my membership! I moved from Florida to Michigan. I went to the website, to update my contact information, and was told to contact US LawShield. A lady in Florida transferred me, to a male *******, in Michigan with no customer service skills. The he wanted to charge me more money. I asked for a supervisor, he lied, "I can't find one." Been a member since 2018, with no issues. Then you won't let me, or you can't change my address, because you need more money, and I AM CURRENTLY PAID IN FULL TILL AUGUST 2024!     RD****... I like so many here, have cancelled twice due to being unable to contact anybody at Texas Lawshield. I first signed up because they were at my Conceal Carry Classes. They talk a good game but their promises are like a screen door where they promise the world but deliver nothing. First I signed up in 2020 received my packet and continued my monthly (contributions) until 2022, where I was forced to cancel because of being stretched to far, so I chose to cancel, which took several months. A few months later they called, and after I got my finances back in order, their Call stating they had reduced the price, I took a chance and re-up'd. They promised a new packet as I had discarded my old one, Never Received a new packer. Tried calling them, no answer, emails were never responded to. Here I am 8 months later, I actually had to cancel my debit card, in order to stop payments, as they would not correspond. Horrible Customer Service, I figure if I had to actually need their services, I would be S**t out of luck, No Thank You.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Signed -up initially with the re-occurring billing. Tried to cancel last year via email, just got a big run around, and had to dispute the payment with ***** Now this year going through the same non-sense. Was told an agent from Illinois hold to personally cancel it, for security reasons. I can't imagine how horrible their service would have been if I actually needed it. Bunch of shysters.

    Called them last week to cancel my yearly membership I have a refund in the amount of $153 coming back to me. Was told they cancelled the membership and that I should receive the refund. I have yet to get my refund. When I fist called was told they would have to call me back - hours went by with no call. Called them back again and was told once again they would reach back out to me because they were busy. Finally after several hours they finally called me. The lady said she closed my account however I haven't yet received my refund - it's since been a week and still nothing.. US Law Shield is a complete joke of a company and you're absolutely insane if you think you can trust and or rely on them for that matter... If and when I get my refund from this joke of a company I'm then going to change my credit card number simply because I do NOT trust this company... Do NOT waste money on getting a membership with this company they cannot be trusted..

A refund check was previously sent to your last known address on file. Please note it does take the United States Postal Service some time for the check to be delivered. Additionally, in your Policy, it specifically states: “The term of this Policy shall automatically be renewed for twelve (12) months on the anniversary of the effective date unless the Policy is terminated by the Member…” Members are always welcome to not have their contract automatically renew by contacting our member services department. We sincerely apologize if you were not made aware of this provision and that you suffered a negative experience because of the automatic renewal.     Scam! I signed up after attending a CWP class in 2020. I called in shortly after, (a month later) and cancelled it. That was the end of it. Never heard or say another thing from them. I was combing through my bank statements and realized they had been charging me all along. I contacted them and they stated they hey didn’t cancel it. The representative I spoke with even said, “whoever you spoke to didn’t do it right”. I emailed customer care, and they said they weren’t refunding anything because I was covered. I never used the service, didn’t even know I had the service. I am being penalized because someone within the company did not do what they were supposed to by simply canceling. Not very reassuring if you actually need to use their legal services. There are much more reputable companies out there to chose from.

    They take your money and that's the last you hear from them until it's time to pay your monthly bill. Their website tells you how great they are and why you can't live without them, but it's very impersonal. It's as though you give them your money, WHY, just to feel good? Fortunately my credit card expired so they can't take any more payments. They insisted that I use auto pay. I got an email from them offering to "help" me: "My name is Anthony, and I’m your dedicated account representative. Now, I noticed that we’ve been unable to collect your renewal payment. The good news is there are two quick and easy ways to update your payment information right now Please make it a priority to get this taken care of today." First email I've received from them in 3 years offering to help with anything. From what I see in other reviews, seems like it may be time to change. Only gave them one star because I had to.
