The department is a private investigation unit. I am from Tennessee and I connected with the owner of the investigation unit. I am currently in the process of becoming State licensed as a pride investigator in texas. The owner of the company has connection to the board of Private investigators and has been helping me with my state licensing. However as a recently I have not felt comfortable proceeding with communication or with work with her and desire to withdraw my payment that was supported as a step to becoming a private investigator. I only requested the refund via Cash app and she had not given it or returned the $500 back to me. She then called me and texted me several times demanding the $500 back that she did not lose she was very irritated that I had requested it back because I was not comfortable with proceeding with her services. She then demanded me to give her $500 and threatened me with proceeding with charges and me not being able to get licensed and was just threatening me in general. Are there for a mint and may the $500 payment being in fear and it actually told me to. later I realized that the $500 which I have requested back from her was not received from her and she had lied when she said that she sent me $500 back. She did not send me $500 back that I have requested which was fine but instead demanded me to send her $500. I have been blocked from her and I'm not able to contact her and she will not give me back the $500. Unfortunately her trust with me has been broken and she has a very pushy and to demanding attitude and that is why I was not comfortable with proceeding with working with her. She said she was going to report me I'm not exactly sure what she was going to report but she currently has $500 of my money on top of other money that I have given her due to her manipulation ways. I would like to know what I can do about getting my $500 back because that was stolen for me and as a pride investigator that she is she is held to a higher level and she is not living up to that and I will make sure that her name is ruined until things are settled right.
