BRI Brick Restoration Inc. A disagreement with the contract or what the Salesman quoted and what the actual workers performed. Initial contract stated or quoted the following price or charge: 1) Repointing Brick (charged $576) – using a 4 inch grinder on a 12 sq. feet and 20 sq. feet location Actual work performed – did not grind in the 12 sq. feet location at all. After pointing this out to the workers they did grinded maybe 30 minutes in the 20 sq. feet location. So very little grinding. 2) Brick reset (charged $540) – teeth out bricks; approximate 36 bricks. Actual work performed – zero; no bricks were teeth out at all. Initial contract was for $2,171; the final agreed upon contract was $1,879; credited or lowered the price by $292. Although in the final agreement they claim they gave me a $308 credit. It’s my personal feeling is that $1,116 dollars (576 + 540) was not performed as expedited. Therefore, I’m paying for work never performed. What the salesmen sells/quoted us and what the actual workers performed and what management approved or agreed to charge do not match. Nothing adds up.

However, we did want to acknowledge the actions of our crew, there were spots on the original bid that did not need to be grinded out, so instead we opted to repair the section to the side at no additional cost. This was done for the integrity and beauty of your home, which is what we value above all else.
