This company is dishonest threw things away that were not in fire. ***** my sisters makeup and then lied about it. Came in my parents home and washed the walls leaving my parents to still have to take out the walls cause the fire department soaked every wall in the house which created mold behind the walls. The work was sloppy and I would never recommend this company to anyone who cares about their family. Beware stay away!!!

Hired Servpro in July 2021 after flooding in the home. Contract states that the restoration would be under a month, it is over a year and it is still incomplete. 90% of the money has been paid as they required. Pressured by the original contractor and Project Manager to make decisions about materials I informed them I have no knowledge about this and am not comfortable making such important decisions. Requested that an Interior Designer help guide these choices, but they claimed that they do not have one employed in their company. Relayed my concern to the Project Manager and contractor that the workers seemed to lack the level of skill the project required, but I was basically ignored. Language barrier made communication challenging, especially when the Contractor and Servpro Project Manager were not on site, which was 99% of the time. I got this contractor and his team removed from the project due to poor workmanship and shady business practices, such as, installing granite kitchen countertops before obtaining the signed document required to do so prior to the install, and so, he had the wrong granite slab installed. The original Project Manager got fired soon afterwards. Servpro refuse to do anything about the slab install despite their contractor not following their own practices and protocols. They have damaged kitchen cabinets, newly bought appliances, multiple tiles etc. The original contractor and his team didn't even have the skill to redo the painting and texture which they unsuccessfully attempted to do 5 - 6 times. Servpro have yet to finish redoing the paint and texture needed in many areas. The flooring in multiple areas is yet to be replaced. At the start of the project multiple workers would arrive, then 3 workers, then 2 then 1 worker, then no one would show up for weeks. When I would notify Servpro of this, 1 or 2 workers would show up, then eventually no one would show up. This is a horrible company that cannot be trusted with anyone's money.
