What they did was presented to underwriting showing both of are information so we got approved for , once we were call to sign the loan I was removed and was told have your son to add you to the deed this loan officer Julie .A Velasco submitted fraudulent documents to underwriting so that they can make a sale. This company needs to be investigated luckily I have all documents copies of money order to show what we filled out and what documents we submitted jointly

The loan application was originally for the borrower (mother) & coborrower, her son (both were initially on the sales contract as well) & was submitted (opened) on 06/05/19. The borrower was removed from the loan application on 06/06/19, as it was determined that her credit score was below the Network Funding threshold and would prevent loan approval, but that her son was able to qualify on his own credit & income. The loan was submitted to underwriting on 06/13/19, with the son as the only borrower & was conditionally approved 06/18/19. The borrower (mother) was removed from the sales contract on 06/25/19. Joint assets, for both the mother & son were provided & dated 05/23/19 – 06/20/19 (prior to the loan application process). The mother provided a letter of access, allowing the son 100% access to the funds in the joint account provided as of 07/31/2019. The mother attended the closing & was aware that she was not on the loan. The title agent advised her that she could be added to title if she wanted to be, and the son approved.

To clarify, the mother was initially a co-applicant on the loan. The only borrower on the loan (who signed the note), was the son. The mother (co-applicant) was removed prior to loan approval & did not sign the note.

I was never informed that I wasn’t going to be added on the loan they just keep asking for more and more documents from both of us. They told me to add my son to my bank account all funds that I had in there was mine. I told her let him get his own account he can open one on his own. She said no it will show that the funds are there. And still I wasn’t told I wasn’t going to be on the loan. Thinking I was on the loan I added him. They already had letters type up saying that I gave him 100 percent access to my account which was not true I didn’t even sign that document that isn’t my signature. The bank never issued him a bank card nor did he have access I informed the bank on what the lender was requesting that his name shows on a statement. Julie told me at the end when she was asking my son to sign off on documents saying that he wasn’t aware of some credit on his file which was untrue cause on my bank statement it showed that they were being paid by me. When Julie stated you were removed from the loan I ask why was the reason you wanted me to add him to my bank account if I wasn’t going to be on the loan she said nothing. The title company can add you which that was a lie also. Am going to keep pushing and informing all that needs to investigate if I have to get the media involved I will I have documents emails letters that they had already drawn up. Money orders on both are names

That I be added on the deed like the title company stated my son wanted my name on there she should have added my name then have him sign all documents .why should we have to do that pay an attorney to redo the title this home was done with his credit but with my money that is called misrepresentation information on a loan this home is 50/50. Like the loan officer stated my son said yes she should be added. I will not pay an attorney to redo the title, if I do it won’t be to redo the title it will be for representation. Everyone one in that office was involved with this loan but none of them stated you are not being added but yet there were asking for login and password to are bank account so they can have access to print statements was inform you can change your password when we get what is needed she a medium size female with short blonde hair I can point out each person that was involved with this transaction this deal was done by me my son was only there we he was ask to come in to sign . I will also report it to the FBI Fraud mortgage stating that he had the funds which he didn’t that’s why I was told to add him to my account to show that he had the money. All I want is for this to be made right, I will never use this company ever and I will never refer anyone to this company.

NFLP is no longer the owner or servicer of the subject loan, and we do not have current contact information for the borrower. Consequently, at this time, we have no way of reaching him to seek the necessary documentation from him to add Ms. X to the loan or title to the property as she has requested.
