    My problem with this 2024 Volvo CX60 is it is a brand new $60,000 + car that has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem and Volvo will not give me a new car. As soon as I pick it up it keeps having the same problem. I have not been able to drive the car and I have had it for four months and it has been in the shop more than 90% of the time I have owned it. As soon as I get it back I have to turn around and bring it back to them to fix it. With a brand new car it should be reliable and free of any problems. I have been sold a lemon and clearly there is something wrong with it that they cannot fix.

    We are discussing with our team, but ultimately Volvo will have to be involved.  Not ignoring, just looking for solutions.

    Dec. 27, 2022 I purchased a 2023 Volvo XC40 VIN # ***************** from Bayway Volvo. Prior to purchasing it they told me it had specific features that it did not have. I took the vehicle to the dealership to find out why the features weren’t working as promised and the service department discovered the vehicle was not equipped with the features. I asked the dealership to make it right or cancel the contract. They did neither. My attorney sent an email to Bayway. They never responded. I returned the vehicle to Bayway on Dec.30, 2022. They inspected the vehicle and accepted the keys. I requested a loaner vehicle as the dealership had their car back and my Rav4 I traded in. They said no. Jan 3, 2023, Billy ***********, the GM left me a voicemail at about 10:30 am saying Bayway was going to cancel the contract and that I could come get my Toyota Rav4 that I traded in. When I got to the dealership at about 5 pm they would not give me my vehicle. They discovered that they had already paid it off. While standing in their dealership I called my credit union to get my loan reinstated on the Rav4. I was assured that Bayway had already reached out to Amoco credit union to unwind the Volvo deal. Jan 4, 2023 Loan reinstated in the morning. Billy *********** told me I could not get my Rav4 back until the check from the credit union was received and cleared. Jan 6, 2023 Amoco still has not heard from Bayway. Bayway still has both vehicles.

    This check has been cut and sent to AMOCO.  A copy has been sent to the complainant and this issue should be resolved.
