This was the worst night club experience I’ve ever had experience. The night started with my party arriving prior to 11 PM and not being honored the bottle prices for that time in addition to the “manager on duty” stating that the price would be entered. After my card was taken, we were escorted to a section in which a pole obstructed the view. I immediately asked to move to the empty section next to us. Once the bottle girl arrived, she stated that we could not sit there being that it had been reserved (after stating that specific sections could not be reserved). As a result, I immediately requested for a refund. She confirmed that forfeiting the section would include receiving a refund. However, once she returned, had offered me an even worst section and charged my card $600.00. With the attempt to still celebrate my birthday, I requested to view the section prior to moving forward with receiving a refund. I did not like the section and told that we would stay in the initial section. Moments later she came out with our bottles, she opened them and poured each guest a shot, and brought juices. Shortly after, another party arrived claiming that we were in their section. At this very moment, I demanded a refund and the manager. I was escorted by security to the manager who prolong rectifying the issue by avoiding to speak with and telling security to tell me to leave. While waiting, the remainder of my party was removed from the section by security. They joined me as I waited over a hour to speak with the manager. She avoided me for hours. After refusing to leave without my full refund for no service, section, or bottles, she told a security guard that she was not refunding me because the bottles were opened. Again, the bottle girl opened them and took them upon herself to pour shots. I informed her that I had not opened the bottles nor did we drink the shots poured. Again, she left from speaking with me and told security to remove my guest and I from the venue.

Please look into this business for running an orchestrated scam. My friends and I went to this club on the weekend and had a section, which was prepaid for. They let us know that bottles were discounted until 11 pm, and after that they raise the prices. With that said, we get there and they tell us that our entire party had to be there for us to enter (which was never communicated) and they didn't give out wristbands (they told us they did via text). We waited for our entire party to be there and they conveniently made everybody wait in line until 11, where they finally started letting people in and charged the higher price for the bottles. We enter, only purchasing one bottle (using CASH), and they seat us in a tiny section in the corner because "we only bought one bottle". None of this was communicated and had we known, we would have bought two. Through the entire night, we were waiting for our ONE bottle which never came. We flagged down MULTIPLE bottle girls and were met with "I don't know" + attitude, we asked security guards, bartenders... nobody knew anything. One bottle girl said that their card machines were down so that's why we were waiting, but we paid CASH!!! And they showed us that we paid cash on their little phone machines but still no bottle. We asked around, other tables had bought 1-3 bottles and didn't get any. 2 am comes, we try to get our money back, they're saying they have to "wait for the envelopes" to pay us back. Bottle girls were packing up and leaving, the "manager" said she'd be back to help us but she LEFT. All of the bottle girls we asked said they had no idea and left. The worst part is that the club had taken some peoples' government issues IDs and credit cards and they couldn't find them. There is no way this is legal. This is theft. Security said wait outside and they'd help us - they closed the door on us and locked us out. Turns out this happens to a lot of people every weekend. This is ILLEGAL and THEFT.

This business needs to be shut down. They took our money ($2500) and we weren’t able to get in. Never could make it to the front door, even though we arrived at 10:30/11 pm on NYE. This is how they’ll get you: They want you to pay upfront for everything and only wants you to use cash. This is so you can’t dispute the charge. We only had a card and they charged us an extra $150 fee just for using a card. We actually made the reservation 2 weeks in advance with a $100 deposit via cash app or apple pay for a section which included a $2400 bottle spend minimum. They contacted us during the day and said we had to come pay the $2400 before the night came, so we did. (worst idea) We get there and we can’t even get in, barely can make it to the front door. People had been standing outside since 9pm saying they weren’t letting anyone else in, even if you had a section. Also, very unorganized because they don’t have a separate line for prepaid customers. They’re money hungry clearly because it seems like they gave our section away, maybe even charged someone else for it because how can you be over capacity and people reserved sections?? Never again, 0/5 stars. Not to mention we flew to Houston for NYE (amongst other activities), so this ruined the main point of the trip. Super sketchy business. Horrible reviews on **** * *******
