The WHITNEY MANAGEMENT location in Saint Louis Missouri is in complete violation of consumer rights. Andrew Bailey is the Attorney General of the state of Missouri. You must contact their office and make your voice HEARD.... The tenants there are suffering and their voices are being unheard. The staff is cold and uncaring. I wouldn't let a dog or my worst enemy rent from this location. Don't rent here if you're reading this. I give this location the lowest F possible. This is why they're not registered with the BBB because they know they can't keep up. They're too lazy and only take renters money but don't fix anything. They lose important documents and paperwork. The system they use is outdated. You can't talk to anyone that actually cares ever.... The units are unsafe, unsanitary and filled with water damage, mold and bugs. Many people can't find other locations to rent from because of finances and other physical reasons. This is totally unacceptable, and in violation under the consumer rights act..... Rent is due, but the work orders and residents' relations are not due? How does this work? It doesn't. Residents suffer, but the company continues to get their paychecks. This is a crime and one of the worst complex locations I've ever witnessed in my life. Do not rent here. You will be so upset everyday. Every single day until you move out.

I'm voicing my personal opinion because I've lived here for year's & had to move out because of another tenant based on lies & on an alleged fake police report I've never seen....Wayne M Stepnoski is running this building like a State prison. Most of the tenants are wheelchair bound & some are not, management doesn't accommodate anyone for assistance.. With regards to looking to move into a 55 & over senior complex, DO NOT MOVE HERE ??, you will regret it.. Also there's squatter's living in the building, there's drug dealings going on & prostitution as well... You have grandparents living here & all of sudden there grandkids are selling drugs out of the apartment, that's what is really going on here... There are no amenities at all, only an elevator to go up down, a community room that they keep locked up everyday of the week & a laundry room that that is falling apart with broken washer machines & no dryers that work right.. The place is a CERTIFIED COMPLETE DUMP... DO NOT MOVE HERE ????????????!!!!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
