The ******** did an amazing job with my driveway extension and trash can pad! They were fast and very punctual. The crew used the dirt that they dug up and filled all the low areas of my back yard. CMS came out and replaced my shingles after a storm. They did amazing work. ******** was very knowledgeable with the process and did a amazing job working with ******************. Everything was A+++His team cleaned up their work area perfectly. I have not found one piece of debris yet. They moved my patio furniture as well as my potted flowers to make sure and not damage anything. Could not be happier with the experience.Review from Tekarra

CMS did an awesome job pouring a concrete slab for a patio extension. They took care of the building permit for us. We hit a couple snags waiting on the city to come out as well as weather pushing us back, but Cherokee (the owner) was always quick to respond to my texts with any questions I had. I will definitely use them again for future projects.Review from Douglas

We utilized this company for two projects. The first was patio extension in May 2023. This was done to satisfaction, except company didnt pull a city permit even though it was in contract. Company did retroactive city permit, when it was brought to their attention when I realized it was never done. With the second project, estimated time of completion from owner for bathroom remodel was ***** days. Work started 8/10/23 and completion was 11/2/23. Tile is uneven, unapproved vanity top put in and company tried stating we were going to have to pay to replace, dishonest sub-contractors who made me feel unsafe. When company finally offered to replace the cheap ill-fitting kitchen cabinets they used as vanity cabinets near end of project- they stated it would take another 4-6 weeks to order. (we couldnt wait additional time since it would be holidays and family visiting from out of town and only one bathroom working would not accommodate the amount of people). No permits pulled for jackhammering foundation for plumbing or rewiring electrical work. Shower framing isnt evenly squared. Had a sub contractor show unannounced at 7pm on a Saturday.Review from Jason R

CMS did an amazing job transforming my front yard with beautiful new landscaping and stone work. They also completed a beautiful cedar fence along the side of my home for privacy. CMS Solutions was easy to work with and communicated well to make the project run smoothly.
