These guys were amazing! David looked after every detail, starting with inspecting my roof/being here to meet with the insurance adjuster, helping me pick out shingles that would match the colors of the outside of my home, applying for approval from the POA, picking up the work permit and displaying it while the work was being done, preparing me for/notifying me of materials being delivered the day before, Then, being here to oversee the whole efficient, professional process the next day, reassuring me that tarps would cover and protect my plants (& The crew actually moved all the plants that were in pots). Their cleanup was outstanding! They scanned the perimeters of the home with a magnetic broom to pick up all the nails, put all the plants back, raked and blew the yard afterwards. I think they did a better job than my Yard Guy usually does and my new roof is beautiful????! David even upgraded my cooling vent, which my old one looked like it was a piece of rusted scrap metal And additionally, I’m going to get some upgrades to my gutters. Wow, why didn’t I do this years before?? I feel so pampered, as every need was looked after (& then some/some I didn’t even think about and some that I should’ve taken care of myself, but didn’t have to??)??????!!Review from Jimmie D

I have experienced the most wonderful customer service oriented relationship when I contracted with Ronnie ***** as my project manager. Ronnie represented me at each step of the process as I filed my claim with my Insurance Company. In addition, he was present during each phase of the Roof being replaced. Ronnie also came back and inspected the completion of the roof and made sure that the work was done professionally to my satisfaction. He also worked very closely with my Insurance Claim Agent to insurance that my claim was successfully completed. I would be honored to work with Ronnie and Hillco Building Service anytime soon.
