I had my proof replacement with this company after the Beryl hit Texas. Due the crazy time after the storm the Sale Rep said he was unable to quote me exact the cost, but it should be within what the insurance agrees to pay; or I would not do it. However, after the proof has been done, i ended up with $3300 extra. The sale rep explained that they install extra fans under the proof to help the air circulated. Technically they denied my dispute regardless their fault for doing some extra thing without my acknowledge and agreement. So ridiculous! But it did not stop from there. They didn't file paperwork to the insurance once it completed in order to receive the insurance full payment; but didn't tell me I should do it either. The payment from insurance was delayed from there, but the company kept calling me non-stop to request my second payment. Finally, I had to call their billing dept and talked to the lady names DD. I let her know that I recorded the conversation, that I was unable to pay them with the amount of more than $13000 until I received the $ from insurance, that she should not harass me by calling everyday to pressure on me. I also tried to dispute the $3300 but she kept talking around so I give up. Finally I received the $ from insurance so I mailed the final payment to them. They lost my $13067.30 check! Unbelievable! Again, they called me several times so I had to cancel that check, rewrote another one and told the sale rep personally came to my house to pickup. Overall, this company handles their business in a very unprofessional and dishonest manner. Your proof damaged after the storm was a headache. For sure you don't wish to deal with more headache after that, as it happened to me. If so, DO NOT have business with this company. DO NOT let them do your proof replacement. I absolutely regret that had business with them and highly recommend people to stay away from this company.

In Feb 2022 I sustained wind damage to the roof of my 1283 sq ft home. In March I was visited by rep VanDuinen from the Salt Lake City, UT office and given a quote of $12,306.56 for the replacement. My insurance company wanted to do repairs, but shingle type not available so it took about 6 weeks to have that information verified. He had initially placed patches to the exposed areas, but they blew off. I notified him of this in August 2022. After many voicemails and emails that were not responded to, his son came in October to obtain my color choice for the shingles. I told him then, that I would be having knee surgery at the end of November and needed to have it completed before then. No further contact from them. My roof sat unprotected through one of the worst winters we have had in many years. I should have made the intelligent decision and contacted someone else to do the work. Finally in March of the following year 2023, and after several attempts to contact them, they set a date to complete the work. The roof was replaced in two days, however it took them another 2 months to come clean up the extra materials they left sitting on my front lawn. I don't like the weird extra ridge they put on the top, but the thing I disliked the most was that instead of the $12,306.56 originally agreed upon, it ended up being $15,706.86. I disputed the extra $3,400 as I felt it was due to their negligence and unprofessional behavior causing the extra costs, however I was unsuccessful. Strongly recommending if you want honesty and professionalism, you don't do business with this group!!!

I have had my roof replaced twice by Infinity Roofing. Both times due to storm damage. Infinity and the rep took care of everything for me. He stopped by and inspected my roof after the storm and then we filed the claim together. A few weeks later we were choosing colors and getting my roof installed. The assistance from start to finish was the reason I contacted them again after another storm. Both times my roof was covered and all I had to pay out of pocket was my deducible. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing for all of your roofing needs!
