I was alarmed to see a charge of $44.99 appear on my bank statement, followed by a query from the bank showing HMI xxx -xxx-3609 $44.99 asking if I recognized the payment. I denied it immediately but phoned the number attached to the statement, xxxxxx 3609, and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady who assisted me with my query. It seems they represent a number of companies and the company that had originated the charge is a 'discount shopping' organization that sells food, clothing and practically anything under the sun, but charge a membership of $44.99. I do NOT engage in this type of shopping, I did NOT sign up for any sort of membership, I do NOT know this company and I certainly would claim this to be a scam, HMI who assisted me confirmed that all my details were correct which clearly shows that Premium Discount Savings of 134 Vintage Park Bvld, Ste A, 136, Houston Texas 77070 has gained access to my account somehow. This company is clearly a scam operation and should be avoided.Review from DIANE H

HORRIBLE! THEY ARE A FRAUD BASED SCAM OUTFIT!!! THEY GOT INFORMATION FROM SOMEONE AND USED IT TO CHARGE US...EVERY MONTH ON OUR GASOLINE CARD... AND... THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS THAT WE WE'RE SOLD BUT DIDN'T RECIEVE!!! A WHOLE LOT OF I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING BUT WE WERE CHARGED!!! THEY'RE CRIMINAL BASED SCAMERS!!! THIOS CRIMINAL OUTFIT SELLS A GHOST MEMBERSHIP OFF OF STOLEN INFO AND BILLS WHAT EVER SOURCE THEY CAN ATTACH TO!!! THEY ARE TARGETING ELDERLY! aVOID THIS LIKE THEW PLAGUE!!!Review from Marge S.

They operate like a scam. Seedy business practice. Promise a $100 gift card for trying a "Savings Club," purchasing from their website. The free trial is for 15 days and you can keep the $100 gift card even if you cancel. What I got was nothing, until a letter copied on a copy machine came 9 days after my trial membership had begun. It supposedly cost me $1.95 to cover shipping charges. I got nothing but this photocopied letter! No gift card was ever sent. Turns out it is only a "retail rebate" if I buy something on their site! They also signed me up for a magazine trial which was unauthorized by me. They Said it was a gift for trying their Savings program. It actually is another service where they will charge $35 a month for magazines! Something we never even discussed! In 5 days they will charge my card $45 for the "Savings" club and in 7 days will charge me $35 for "magazines!" I cancelled all this today with my credit card company as soon as their scam letters came in the mail! THIS IS A SCAM, NOT A BUSINESS! They really deserve 0 or minus stars, but my comments wouldn't post without them!
