Julien was great.! He was knowledgable and thorough. Went above and beyond to troubleshoot and solve the tricky problem. He methodically went through the system ultimately finding the problem and fixing it.. Very courteous, professional and patient. Explained everything he was doing to help us understand.our pool system. He answered all our questions . I would highly recommend him! Abnation lucky to have him represent their company. I had abnation come out to my home to look at my pool pump for **** in December 2023, the company stated the pump was making noise however ,would not do anything or replace it or have the *** replace until it failed completely. The company came out today as the pump failed and said the spa pump was bad and need to needed to be replaced and reported this to the warranty company, however guess what I replaced the spa pump back in October 2023. And there is nothing wrong with it today, As the warranty company would not cover the repair when Abnation came out for the that spa pump back in September 2023, due to ab nation stating it was “pre existing and could have been foreseen”, it would fail, basically it’s it was my fault again. Back in October I had to pay out of pocket to replace. So today after I called to correct them to tell them it’s not the SPA pump that failed but the main pool pump, and to explain they did not diagnose and turn into the warranty company correctly , and it was the main pool pump they inspected in December 2023 for the first time finally died. Ab nation in Destin , Fl comes out again today and states to the warranty company the pump has failed , however it’s due to to me not Maintaining the pump which is electrical , and “it was a pre existing condition , that could of been seen with a simple test” again , from back in September when they came out for the spa pump that died. Like what !!! The pool company I pay $450.00 a month to maintain my pool notified me in December of the noise. They are at the property weekly. You do what you will with this information but I think you can see a pattern here, and it’s bad faith. Everything will fail eventually if it’s electrical, isn’t that the point of having a warranty? anyone can say yeah you should of known that it was gonna fail at some point and since you knew that it was going to it’s pre existing. Ab Nation has good reviews, maybe my branch is bad not sure, but it’s totally unacceptable.
