This company has towed my car twice from The ******** ******* apartments where I have resided for 3 years and never had this happen until recently. I guess it's the new apartment management and the contract agreement with this tow company, which seems like a low-key shakedown on poor low income people. The tow truck cruises through the parking lot in the early morning hours, usually around 2:30am. After they steal/tow your car they will say it's because you failed to register your vehicle on their website. The website only allows you to register the vehicle for 6 days straight then you have to wait 24 hours before you can register the same vehicle again and that's when they come in steal/tow your car away and it cost $300 to get my car out the first time and the second time it cost $219, not sure why the price was different. This is just not right to do this to people, these are low income neighborhoods that they're cruising around towing the cars from and charging hundreds of dollars to get your car back. When I called In and Out Towing office to complain the guy basically said it has nothing to do with him and it's the apartment office who I should be speaking to about the matter. So I guess I will be parking somewhere else every other 6 days and getting a ride to my apartment to avoid toll fees and my car being towed again

They literally towed my visitors car within 1 minute from me registering it. She attempted to register her car on the website herself while in her car but was having issues - so she walked to my apt and I did it for her, the website was lagging and loading for over a minute and I even hit submit twice to make sure it was going through - at 9:43pm I got the barcode it went through. Tell me why they towed her car at 9:42pm? The apt complex attempted to speak to their owner who refused to reimburse my friend the $300 it took to get her car out and said because she signed a paper stating no fault of there’s. Well she HAD to sign the paper to get her car out duh - even if you don’t agree especially when they were wrong. I’ve never had my visitors towed before and always registered the car for them. This occurred at 2828 royal oaks and no one will admit this was wrong because it was and do the right thing and credit my friend back. During this economy and holidays it’s wrong. They’re a scam tow company and people need to know if you park here make sure the car is fully registered before leaving it - bc yes it can happen within 1 minute apparently and that’s wrong.

THIS COMPANY REMOVES VEHICLES ILLEGALLY, they defraud directly in tandem with ******* **** ******* on South Kirkwood in HTX. There were many civil rights violations as well as discrimination, based on disability. The level of deception is Major, with these two companies mentioned above. We are relentless in our pursuit of justice and will update once we are successful in educating this renegade rogue company and their accomplices on ADA, civil rights laws, statutes and guidelines. This is not a game!, You have taken advantage of thousands of people you have met your match this time!!.. you actually told my friends vehicle two times in one week, and he had the coral island sticker in his window. You went too far this time.!. I am asking for a federal audit of both companies formally. Also ADA compliance by law., I was denied accommodation several times. These Pirates have no manners!. My pleasure to formally educate each, and everyone of you that thought I would go away, or that I would be discouraged from receiving justice for my mother and I. These companies collaboratively stole thousands of dollars of tools and sporting goods from our vehicle, which was a medical van parked correctly, and only cited the fact that I wrote disabled for the number, because our blue, permanent disabled placard trumps all metered parking in America.. there are rules that you cannot break in the name of greed and get away with it you will see!… shame on all of you!

In And Out Towing was hired by Synott Square apartment complex where resident parking is inadequate. So residents who pay rent registered or not are being towed by this predatory vulture company and where they tow you to is worse. In And Out towing falsify pick up and drop off time information for monetary gains and should be investigated by the consumer protection agency. Mid Westren auto storage too. Their charging tow fees but are not a towing company. I was unfortunate to have to retrieve my vehicle back from being towed where I live. I was first told by a male employee at Mid-West Auto Storage that my car was not there even though I was looking at it less than 10feet away it was only when I set off my car alarm and called the police reporting it stolen and being instructed by the police on what to do next. Another Employee Vanessa was now at the window with attitude and on her cell phone she just might've been talking about me. Then she asked me what form of payment I was using? I told her my card since my id was in the car they said they did not have. She held then took my card has collateral to be able to retrieve my Id from my car. I was not comfortable leaving my card to gain access to my car with her phone out. But I wanted my car. Has for payment I was told by the police officer I still had on the phone informed me I was at $276 dollars in fees. But, I stood my ground about the tow time being 330am when actual time was aprox. 10:59am Sunday and I was charged $217.49 in tow fees by Mid West Auto Storage who's sign states is not a towing company. I was informed also about the numerous complaints on both In & Out Towing and ******** **** Storage.

They towed me the other day even though I live in the apartment and ok I didn’t update my plate but my VIN # that they don’t use was on the paper. Could’ve given me a friendly reminder since apparently it’s posed to be the apartments decision and not theirs which is a lie but anyway they damaged my car then said they didn’t do it! My car wasn’t damaged before so why would I choose them if it wasn’t them. The driver’s name was Christian and then send me a pic that shows nothing absolutely nothing. They prey on ppl to keep their business going but I know this, My God sits high and looks low!

Recently they made it mandatory to register visiting vehicles for apartment complexes in order to not be towed. This company is shameful and predatory. To get a simple visitor pass they make it insanely difficult through many hurdles hoping you'll give up, so your visitor's vehicle will get towed. They make me go to a website, register & create an account, register my own tennant car, then register again "as a tenant" to create a "tenant code" which I cannot do because my apartment complex isnt even on the list! Their website is terrible and there is no way to get visitor passes, but be assured that they will show up to the apartment complex in the AM and tow everybody that couldn't register. Its shameful honestly....
