Extremely Disappointed - No translation and no refund - June 28: Made payment for translation services. - June 30: As they didn’t deliver anything, I requested a refund through email with no response. - July 1: Contacted through chat, was promised an update via email within an hour. No update received. - July 1: Contacted through chat again after 4 hours, was again promised an update via email. Still, no update. - July 3: Requested a refund through chat, was promised an update about the refund via email. No update. - July 8: Contacted through chat, was told the refund is in progress. No further communication. - July 17: Contacted through chat, was promised an update about the refund via email once again. No update received. I have all emails and chat transcripts saved for the record. They failed to translate important documents for USCIS, which almost resulted in negative consequences for my citizenship process. In the end, I received no translation and no refund. I now have to dispute the transaction with my bank to try and get my money back. To make matters worse, orbittranslation.com displays false feedback from ********** on their website (5 stars, screenshot is saved for the record), which is incredibly misleading. I wanted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about their deceptive practices and lack of accountability but realized that BBB revoked their accreditation in July 2023 because of similar complaints. I am going to file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and American Translators Association and recommend all people impacted to do the same. This company must be out of business.

I ordered a translation that they advertise will take 24-72 hours. I called them when it passed that timeframe and nobody answered. I chatted them and sent them multiple emails and did not receive any response or updates. After 10 days with no communication whatsoever, I was forced to chargeback my card to receive a refund.

They advertise as 24hr turnaround for up to 4 pages, FALSE. My document was 2 pages (Technically 1 page with front and back but the back has VERY little writing, they still counted it as 2 pages) They took 3 days to translate and get it back to me. Once I finally received it, part of it WAS NOT TRANSLATED, it was still in the original language (Spanish) And they mixed up the wordings for some of the translations. I replied to the email kindly requesting this be corrected, no answer. They have horrible customer service team, chat is always offline during business house. I’ve called MANY times with no answer. Today someone finally answered my call, I told them what happened and they understood and said they’ll send a correction today. I just got the correction and it’s STILL NOT TRANSLATED, this is so frustrating. I’m not one to leave these type of reviews but I have never dealt with a company this bad. Don’t do it. Use another translating service. I’m disputing for my money back.

I paid for certified translation of 2 document. 10 days after I still did not received the. I tried to call but a lady speaking what I think was Chinese was talking with another person while on the phone with me and completely ignoring me. Worst experience ever.

This is a scam business. They only communicate until you pay and then disappear. Phone calls and emails go unanswered.

I payed for transportation of 13 documents and send it on April 13, today is April 26. They only translate one document for me, and only because I push them. Other 12 not translated yet. I was need it by yesterday. I contact them April 24 and remind them that I really need it by tomorrow, nobody reply, nobody answers phone. Today they told me that that can’t see clear on couple pages. Only today, after 2 weeks they understand that it’s not a clear. I newer see that horrible service. I payed $219 and didn’t get my transaction

I pursued their services for two documents to be translated and notarized. Their timing is terrible. I had to make lots of noise via email and phone to have my documents handy.

They collected my money and I never received my translation service.

This website looks reliable but is not what you think. They say they do certified translation in 24 hours, it has been 1 week by now, I contacted support email, 5 days ago giving them time, and I was very polite. They sent 4 days ago one of the 2 files, butjust 2 days ago they were asking me about some writing in the second file, I got very upset, it supposed to be ready by far! So I requested to get the translation document ASAP o my money back…. No answer! It’s like a teenager company with no responsibility and care at all. They play with the clients time, money and trust. Very upset, still waiting for a solution ….
