  Wrap_upcustomz offers professional experiences having your vehicle wrapped in colored plastic. The colored plastic sort of like a tint that is applied to the vehicle that makes the vehicle appear a different color than vehicle original paint. A coworker and I searched for a business that offered good work and had a good reputation, On February 23rd of 2022 I decided to give a young black male that goes by the name of Will the job, When I received my truck back on March 16 2022 I noticed that there were several arears on my truck that were patched. I contacted Will and spoke to him regarding that sloppy arears on my truck that make the work look unprofessional. Will offered for me to bring my vehicle back to have the work redone. I made a number of phone calls to Will over the months between March 16 and July 7 2022. Finally getting Will to schedule for me to return my truck for the work to take place. I dropped my truck to Will on July 6th 2022 and Will specifically stating to Will do not drive my truck. Will told me he drove my truck once to get materials related to the work being done to my truck. Will did not specify how far he drove my truck. Near the end of July my wife and I drove to the location of my truck. My truck not on location, I called Will he said he was using truck to pick up table for his own business. I told Will to bring my truck to me at ***** ******** St Houston Tx. Will did not show up for about an hour. I had to call and report my truck stolen before he returned with my vehicle. Work to my truck was not performed and Will had driven my truck over 548 miles before I got it away from him. I want a full refund for unprofessional work Will performed on my truck and I want to compensation for the miles Will put on my vehicle. I have not been able to gather Will full name are home address so that I can have Will criminally prosecuted. Photo of the blue vehicle License Plates we believe is Wills own personal vehicle. Catch Will and we can prosecute.

  The business owner drives the vehicle with the license plate viewed in image 6670 of a 2 door teal blue toyota. Comment for image 125605 is the information received from the BBB with my information. Should I not have listed my information. A guy called my phone saying that he was the man authorized to use the name Wrapitup customs. He says he knows the male viewed in a few images swapped. So their associated. What way their associated I don't know. The photo of the blue vehicle has the logo wrapitup customs print with white letters across the back windshield. A black male called himself Eric called my phone from a 16785718344 saying he has business called wrapitup based out of Atlanta Georgia. A screenshot of Will's instagram page shows he also advertise as wrapitup customz. I don't know how the guy in Atlanta Georgia ended up with my personal information. He showed me what the BBB showed him.
