  I went and got what was supposed to be an oil change and cabin air filter and that's what I was charged for and what I paid for, however once leaving, I realized they didn't put my glovebox back in properly and when I checked as I always do, my oil was dirty, meaning it had not been changed. The glovebox is sticking out on one side and dented in on the other so every time I turn a corner, it flies open. I also provided 5 quarts of oil because the manager couldn't figure out what kind of oil I needed, even though I told him several times and even offered to show him the kind of oil. I paid $96.37 for the oil change and cabin filter plus the cost of a case of oil. When I got the oil out of my trunk, I talked with the mechanic and said I'm not sure the manager understands what's going on. He said yes I'm not sure but I'll get you taken care of. I said you know I need an oil change and not a top off right? He said yes he put it in as an oil change. I have called numerous times with no response. I went up there twice, taking a day off work, going by the hours on the information listed on their door and ****** and they weren't open either time of the morning they were supposed to be open. I live about an hour away so of course it has taken a lot out of my time to try and get this resolved. They have now changed names, but have not updated any of their information. This is not the first time I have had problems with them, but this is the last, as I will not be back.
