  I took a loan of $650 from Cash store. I always knew I was going to pay it off early. When I finally called the store in ******, ** where I got the loan from to pay off the loan on 11/13/23 if I remember correctly, I was told that they requested a payment from my bank which would cover my first payment. And the lady who helped me with the loan kept saying if this payment doesn't go through you would be responsible for it which was kind of weird to me because she kept on repeating it like she was so sure that the payment wasn't going to go through. I asked her, if she could just cancel the payment sent to my bank because I would like to pay off my loan, but she said no because it is showing that the payment hasn't cleared. So I ended up paying $500+ over the phone that same day and plus the payment they had sent to my bank the total was $650 which is what I borrowed. So I waited and waited to hear from the store but no one contacted me. So on 11/22/23 I called several times, but no one answered. I left work early nd went to the store. I me women there and who first told me that she doesn't see any payment of $500 and then she said i see it. She told me the total payment you made the total is $650 and told her that's how much borrowed. She added that the payment that they sent to my bank cleared on 11/13/23( so confusing). Then she went on to tell me that I still have $300+ left to pay and this coming Friday 11/24/23 there would be a payment of $30 coming out of my bank. I gave her my debit card info and up to today I haven't seen any payment of $30 which is very strange. Then she told me in December there would another payment due. This is the most confusing loan I have ever had and the most strange people I have ever had to deal with. I need someone to look into this and tell me exactly what is going on. As far as I know I have already paid my loan in full and I don't know what she did with debit card info. They must be stealing people's info. I need this investigated as soon as possible because all I wanted to do was to pay off my loan early. Those two ladies made my life a living h***
