    This plumbing company has ignored us since December. They installed an upstairs tub completely unlevel its off over .5, they installed the wrong valve in a guest shower downstairs so our thousand dollar plumbing package cant be installed and we now have mismatched plumbing, they butchered our front gas columns costing us over 3k in repairs, and our second tub upstairs the spout is totally off centered. They will not respond despite having a license that requires a response.

    in response to the complaint #********, we have not responded to **************** on the advise of our attorney and the original builder, Legacy Classic homes. We started work on this project in August of 2022, We were the plumbing contractor for Legacy Classic Homes. We did the plumbing topout on December 6, 2022. Legacy Classic Homes sent us a letter of Termination with the homeowner on May,19th, 2023. On May 30th, 2023 we removed our plumbing permit for this job with the City of *********. We have documentation on all of this information. All of the tubs and valves were selected by the homeowner at ******** supply, and were installed at the locations that the homeowner specified. We have not been back to the home since May of 2023 to verify the allegations of a valve in the wrong location, or a tub being unlevel. The homeowner hired another builder, Swift Contractors, to finish the home, and he had his own plumbing contractor finish the home. The last item we did on the house before we removed our permit with the City of ********* was remove the gas stub outs for the gas lanterns on the front porch. We have the email from Swift Contractors to remove gas on the porch.

    All of the valves were provided by dek plumbing as evidenced via this email by legacy classic. ******** plumbing confirmed that dek did not pick up the plumbing from them for the rough in valves. The tub valves were all installed crooked, so the drain does not align with the spout. Dek plumbing responded to us up until realized they had a major issue and then no longer replied. They licensed and have a duty to respond.  They chose to ignore us despite the very obvious install issues we faced due to their errors. Our secondary tub upstairs is also very unlevel and this was set by DEK. They came back to the home in the late summer and removed gas plumbing despite being told not to do so by us directly. They caused us 3-4k in damage. They are incorrect in their timeline as we have video proof of them being on the property
