            On 12/2/2024 College Hunks Hauling Junk removed 2 pieces of a sectional sofa from our ground level home. According to the website, the cost would be $109. After the sofa was removed, we were charged $276. No explanation as to the charge- they stated it was a discount from $345. I called the main office and was told they would get back to me.

            12/13 work started and commenced. Couch removal Workers showed up early. Attempted removal of a couch. Gouged holes in my walls, stained flooring, broke a window sill. I have contacted customer service 5 times. I have received one email from a co-owner requesting pictures which I responded to the same day. 3 days after email interaction with zero communication. Have even resorted to calling the co-owner and only reaching voicemail. I currently have $1000 in repair and cleaning bills to fix what has been done to my house.

            College HUNKS moved our household goods into the garage on 30 JUN 23 so that we could have our 1st floor renovated. ******* that move, our refrigerator was scratched in several places. We reported this to **************, GM of College Hunks. On 8 JUL, ************** requested that we send a description of the damage and photos. We waited to send that in when the household goods were returned to our home on 2 SEP. We then reported the damage and provided pictures to **************. He has not replied to our complaint despite a promise to do so in 3 business days.

            We have 4 franchises in Austin area. This job was completed by the location in *****, **. ************** is the manager up there. My location is in Central Austin. We completed the second half of this move but did not do the first half with the damages. Please refer this to that location.
