Dishonest, unprofessional, they riped my truck apart and didnt even care to put it back together. for 3 1/2 months my truck just sit there. with windows down cause they didnt reconnect the battery. rain an spiders invaded my truck...i drove it there with engine light on ..an 3 months later had to pay ****. for to only pick up my keys an had to have it towed home...they did a tear down... what ever that is. an said i ok it...wow what a lie. so be ware of repairs at this place...dont end up like me...no transportation. need new motor now.. POOR EXCUSE FOR MECHANICS. THE SERVICE IS ****........BEWARE !!!!

Dishonest marketing even for a car dealership. They are using ***** Blue Book instant cash offers to drive traffic to the dealership and then refusing to honor the offer upon arrival. It was not even close to the "Instant Cash Offer". It was multiples of thousands less and nonnegotiable. It is one thing if they would have given me reasons the car was worth less (Which it isn't), but they were just using the higher-than-average offer to drive a potential customer to the dealership.

1)We were lied to by the salesman, your dealership didnt accept the ** Family friends and discount.2)We were not told about a 10K markup price for the vehicle until we had already spent 1 hour at the dealership. We wouldnt have drove to your dealership if we were told the truth.3)I was so annoyed at the tactics that I didnt mention my military or EMS discounts because I knew it would make my stay at the dealership even longer.4)With the price of the vehicle being so high your dealership has a monopoly of forcing people to finance though the dealership. There is NO way my credit union would finance a Suburban for $98,767.16 + finance charges.5)Due to this high price, we were forced into needing to purchase GAP insurance and the extended warranty due to the vehicle not being worth what we paid for it.6)We signed our paperwork around 2:20 pm and by this time we both had a headache and were hungry. To make matters worse after signing docs we were taken back to our original salesman who was enjoying his lunch. We couldnt leave your dealership soon enough. 7)We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from your dealership or recommend your dealership to any of our coworkers or friends. 8)I have contacted ** headquarters to see if your practices are LEGAL? I was told that each dealership is independently operated. I cant believe these unethical practices are allowed in your dealership.10) Interesting enough, I looked at your website and now I see, call for price for some of the listed for Suburbans.11) I did receive a call from ***** from your dealership to ask how my purchase experience was? I let her know this information as well. 12)I understand you have multiple dealerships and many staff members and that I am only 1 person who purchased a vehicle, but the tactics used for this transaction should be illegal. An honest and trustworthy dealership wouldnt let this happen.

Worst sales people to deal with.... unprofessional, disrespectul and name calling to customers, not to mention liers !!!! Especially when the customer is a disabled vet !!!! Horrible and disgusted. All of this was going while the manager just stood there and said nothing. !!!

This truck and the local dealer. Covert in Hutto, TX. I bought their service package and took my truck in for the 1st time at ***** miles to get the 1st oil change. They Dropped the truck off of their service lift puncture the fuel tank and who knows what else but instead of replacing the truck they decided just to fix it. I was ****** and refused to sign anything with them after they gave me my truck back knowing that more issue will probably arise do to this. Now truck has ****** miles on it and how convenient that it is just past the manufacturer warranty and now I need an a/c compressor replaced $2500.00 and the transmission is out $5000. $7500.00 in repairs with such low mileage. I expect better Chevrolet than what this is.
