    I booked this company to come clean my house 3/9/22 I had to leave after they started since they were more than an hour late even though I was scheduled in for the first clean of the day. I gave them the payment and tip in cash, $200 just like I confirmed with the scheduler I would so they wouldn't charge it on my card, MISTAKE! They did both! Took my cash AND charged my card! They completely rushed the clean bc I wasn't present and left, it looked nothing like how a professional cleaning service should leave a house. They were in and out in 45 min for a 4 bedroom, 2 story house... you can't even clean a hotel room properly in that time! The next day I kept seeing more and more how they did not do a proper clean, mirrors weren't wiped, stairs untouched, floors not mopped or vacuumed, not even straightening hand towels. They give you a list of things they do for the service and this was not completed at all. It was more and more infuriating finding areas that were completely untouched after I just spent this money with them and signed up for continuous service. I contacted them about how unhappy I was next day and it was like talking in circles with their customer service rep EDDIE. I kept telling him how bad the clean was, and he could not give me any type of solution, just kept being dismissive and repeating that he couldn't do anything about it. He even hung up on me and lied about it. I considered them to re-clean it, but after talking to Eddie, I decided I didn't want anyone from their company in my house ever again and wanted a refund. It took daily follow ups and over 2 weeks but they agreed to refund the cleaning but when I went to my statements, I see that they actually double charged me! They took my $200 cash AND charged my card $190. I've repeatedly texted and called them and they won't respond to when they'll give me back the other $200 I gave them. I also NEVER AUTHORIZED MY CC to be charged, so they essentially STOLE MONEY and now won't answer!
