Clerk ringing up my order intentionally manually changed my order to keep me from receiving a listed discount. When I called out the employee he just laughed and said it was a mistake. But the discount initially was posted, then the employee deleted the items and rang them in manually at full price. This was an intentional scam by the employee.Review from Israel C

Would never go here again, need to wash my hands, was expected to pay for something. But upon finding no soap nor sanitizer in the bathroom, the owners/employees became aggressive, and tried to stop me from leaving, when eventually able to, told them that it's disgusting not to have anything to be able to wash one's hands. I stopped at 711 ****** corner. Can Washington street/************** and and a king-sized? ******* peanut butter cup was Listed under 219 for a price tag. However, I guess the tag on the price was a different name for a label and the original price for candy bar was 219. According to the price, it rang up for was 299. The guy behind the counter did not want to give for that price. And he argued I finally said. I am done with arguing I am leaving and walked out with no candy barReview from James C

There is a sign on the front door that states buy 2 packs of any Marlboro cigarettes and get a discount of $3.60. I have yet to find a 7-11 that honors the advertisement. Yet the reduced price is only $2.20. Where can I complain and be reimbursed for the **** transactions of this nature? ****************************Review from Ashley C.

I went for an interview and was met by the manager "*****" I put my availability and put that I have classes. She was unprofessional and pryed on my information I disclosed saying she makes sure people aren't lying. I've come a long way from my past and she profiled me off of that. Not that I look like a "previous addict" but perhaps she and I crossed paths during that terrible time in my life. This is discrimination at best and ignorance. People change and I'm proof of that ! This business is going to profile more innocent and changed people. She should be retrained or fired.Review from AARON D

Walked in for cash back at the ****************************************************************************************** location. Was told by the person working there they do cash back. I bought something and there machine did not give me a cash back option. They same person refused refund the item I bought, seemed to have me buy something on purpose. This company has supervisors who will speak over you, who will refuse to help you and treat you like garbage. While being an escalated customer **** spoke over me multiple times, told me to calm down and told me there was no one else above him and that he couldn't help me. 711 has 100$ of MY MONEY that they are refusing to let go of from a 20$ purchase of gasoline. I work at a corporate office of my company. It takes one little email to the billing department to release funds. He refused to help me at all. All he told me was no, no, no. Knowing I'm an already escalated customer. That's terrible business practices. Now I'm expected to be without 100$?????? Absolutely not.Review from Mary M

card skimmer at the pump, thousands of dollars in charges, and they have ZERO interest in addressing it when I called. WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE
