    Dec. 08, 2023 was the date of purchase The knives are not functional as they have several issues. The edge of the blades are bent on at least two. There is no serviceable edge to speak of. Handles are falling apart with glue that seeped making the handles rough.Several written attempts have been made {emails and messenger) in regards to the issue with zero responded. Communication prior was always prompt after the company spokesperson reached out after a year wait from the initial inquiry to see if there was still interest.Transaction was $238 plus shipping.

    i was on vacations for that didn't responded earlier.

    i will send the two out of eight broken knives free replacement or a refund for those two knives.
    don't worry *************. wood i fabricated like that. it looks such beautiful for that.
    Please let me know what you want, free replacement of two knives or refund for two knives. thanks

    I am rejecting this response because:   none of the knives are usable.  A refund for the full set is the settlement I have been seeking.  He did message me and I believe he's willing to accept the return of the doll set in exchange of the doll set.  If that is infact his offer, I have the set of knives ready to go.  I will be satisfied and ready to close the matter.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. He is agreeing to the refund of the knife set. Awaiting the refund and the address to ship the knives to add of Feb 4 ****.

    After being told the company agreed to a refund we have not heard a single word. There has been 3 attempts to email and one direct message through messenger.  No refund, and no information on the return shipping address. It's it possible and would it be beneficial to open a new complain?  If not I am ready to take legal action.  Thank you for your help.

    The refund that was agreed upon was never sent. The last email I received stated he didn't have the money.  A refund is still required as of Feb 27th 2024 @18:15 MST. Is the next legal action?  Thank you so very much for your help this far.

    I am rejecting this response because:   Troy Blades has stated multiple times about the refund being processed in a few days.  It's been almost 3 months.  When a refund has infact been processed and a return shipping address has been provided, I will consider it complete. The knives have been packaged in original box since the beginning of January. I will even pay the return shipping. 

    I do appreciate the company staying in contact and wish the best with any medical he is dealing with.

    We are on day 11 of the once again promised refund.  I know the company is claiming there are normally no refunds on Christmas purchases, however ai have a box full of items that resemble knives but do not function as such.  As I stated earlier,  the blades are beyond dull with no edge to speak of, bent, handles are multiple pieces of wood that are loosely glued to the tang.  The blades would need to be reworked and reprofiled to put an edge on them.  My woman was very excited to get them for me, and crushed when I told her they were not real or functional.  It doesn't take 3 months to complete a refund or issue a return address.  It's just being dragged out and honestly I'm getting irritated.

    I still have not received a refund or a response I believe this person is a scam artist. A promise was made and never kept.
