So there was a shift posted from 7 AM to 3 PM at ************* on December 29, 2023. I picked the shift upat approximately 8:58 AM and when I arrive to the shift, the receptionist turned me around and told me that another Cna had already came so was no longer needed. ShiftKey did not send me my trouble pay, and then the *** lied and said I was a no call no show and that I came late, ShiftKey opened up eight cases I have still yet to be paid after I sent the proof of what time I picked up the shift and they have my location so they see that I did show up this goes against Their policy, will be reaching out to labor lawyers this is ridiculous!

Since Dec 18 2024 I can not get a verification of employment. It's Feb 5 2025. Still nothing

Garbage....please stay away from this inconsistent inconsiderate entity; because all they do is lie and not be accountable with no business integrity, not worth the headache!!!

I think some members of the credentialing team have to be retrained or replaced. It has been almost a year since I have been chasing after ***** and there have been more than one excuses from shiftkey, with multiple escalations and no resolution. I finally had to call ***** myself and they confirmed to me that my results have been pending since Sept. 2024 on their website for shiftkey to pull, but whoever is dealing with the documentation seemingly cannot pull them. If that is not incompetence, I don't know what else to call it. I even made a 3 way call with shiftkey and KDADS and when a shiftkey agent finally picked, the call was dropped after about 5 mins. Now, most recently, my IA credentials have been rejected for the wrong reasons and I say wrong because it makes no logical sense that I would be asked to resubmit the same documents after IA has been added to my regions, when it is not rocket science to deduct that if I submitted documents for IA and have an wctive compact license, then I obviously want to pick shifts in **, so they could simply maintain the documents in review, have one of ther team members add IA amongst my regions and then validate the credentials. How can working smart be passed for working hard? Finally, I go to a website that shiftkey sends me to, fill documents and send to them for IA and credentialing rejects one stating it is a 2 page document without checking to see it is one page and the signature is below, just because they are confusing IA Adult Maltreatment check (1 page) with IA child maltreatment check (2 pages). I am so frustrated with shiftkey at the moment and there are a bunch of us that feel shiftkey has gotten to where they have more than enough people and don't seem to care! The least we can have is a direct line to credentialing, so we do not keep being frustrated at agents who can only escalate but not give us ready solutions! I bet when employees do a mass exodus, shiftkey may start taking them serious!

Ive been using this platform on and off since 2021. Ive never had any issues with pay but as of 08/30 I havent received pay for one of my shifts and the other shift I worked on 09/03 they marked me as a no call no show but I worked the entire shift and was signed in and out by their on staff nurse ***** verifying that I was there. I also worked with their on staff *** ********* during my shift and documented on residents within their electronic charting system during my shift which is another form of verification that I was present during the entire shift except during my 30 minute lunch break. I still havent received a resolution for either shift or payment. A huge inconvenience. Although I dont prefer to take these next steps I will be contacting the board of labor and an attorney to rectify this situation since the company obviously is not. Ive never dealt with this issue from this company everything has always been handled in a timely manner but this issue has become untimely and unprofessional leaving a bad taste in my mouth for Ever doing business again with this company or recommending them to other healthcare professionals.

I don't understand why this company thinks is ok for them not to pay you when they owe you money. They will tell you there is no supervisor to handle your problems, so technically you will not receive your payment. Is been 10 days now since this payment is due .and I have contacted them 4 times to no avail. Back in 2023 it took them 3 months with uncountable calls,emails and messages for them to pay me for a shift I completed. Please I need my payment
