            I have been seeing Dr. ****** at All Star Orthopedics alliance office. I'm needing hip replacement surgery, and was given a number to call the surgery coordinator to set up a date for the surgery. I called and emailed the coordinator (******* *******) over 2 weeks ago, and never heard a thing from them until yesterday evening at almost 8pm when I couldn't answer the phone. She left a message to call another person (********, at the same number) since ******* was going to be out for the next week. I tried calling ******** this morning and the answering machine just sends me around and around and around. There is no option to talk to ******** herself.I'm getting really tired of the administrative run around, not being able to actually talk to someone to schedule my hip replacement surgery. I should NOT have to wait over two weeks just to hear back from someone, and after hours at that. Meanwhile, my hip is in constant pain. I was hoping to have Dr. ****** do my surgery, but it looks like I'll have to find another orthopedic surgeon who can do my surgery. I'm sure there are other orthopedic offices who are more responsible with their patients than All Star Orthopedics. I will not recommend this office to anyone.

            Hello, 

            We have reached out to Mr. ***** and explained to him what happened during the time frame of the non-response. We have had recent issues with our phone system which we have been constantly resolving. Explained to him that we have hired another surgery scheduler in that time frame and ******* and ******** were pulled away to train and then ******* was out on vacation. Apologized for the delay in any communication we had with him.

            Patient was understanding and glad that we were able to get some additional staff for surgery scheduling. 

            We have since then gotten him scheduled for his procedure and he has come into our office to see the provider for this pre op appointment.
