This has nothing to do with this store or its staff. The employees here are very nice, and I have no complaints about them. However, their Fun Pass policy is outrageous. Youre required to pay for a minimum of 12 monthswhy not just sell it as an annual pass instead? When I purchased it, I didnt notice the warning about the 12-month minimum commitment, and that was my mistake.I contacted them to explain my situation and offered to pay an early termination fee, whether that meant paying for an extra month or two. I was willing to cooperate, but they refused my request. They also wouldnt allow me to downgrade my plan. Instead, theyre insisting on charging us $360, effectively trying to scam us. This establishment denied entry for a party I attended after communicating that at least one adult over 21 needed to be present. A 19-year-old girl organized the party, and the establishment did not request to speak to someone over the age of 21. 6 party members from the ages of ***** were invited and originally had one adult over 21 present. The party manager/coordinator, ******** did not allow the teenagers to enter with the adult they arrived with. When another adult, 21+, arrived, ******* stated there must be at least one adult per child. The sudden policy change was upsetting and when asked for a supervisor, she refused to provide it. The police were then called on the second adult for questioning ******* and requesting her manager's name.Review from Kseniya K.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Wasted money! Horrible time spent! They lied to the police ! No apologies ! Refused to give corporates name and number!!! We were met with the rule that was not written anywhere and never heard of. Each child must have an adult present ( 1 to 1 ratio)In my case I reserved a party for 6 teens ( 2 over 18, rest almost 18) the requirement online while booking was to include a minimum of 1 adult. I received a call later telling me that they wont cancel the party as long as I have someone over 21 to which I said okay there will be someone! I WAS NEVER NEVER NEVER told that each person must have an adult! And we never told them our family status; siblings, cousins or etc. The party manager Jasmine ( Dec 2, 2024 7pm-9pm) wasted an hour of our play time arguing. Rather than calmly trying to explain. She said that if a person were to have 15 kids, all of those 15 kids must have an adult with them which is absolutely absurd, considering there were people inside who didnt have that perfect ratio of adult to kid. All the guests were left with an extra hour that wasnt able to be used because they were closing. Jasmine called the cops and lied sayigg my we threatened her and recorded her WHICH IS NOT TRUE! she was never spoke with aggressively nor was recorded. This was the worst experience Ive ever had! And my money went to total waste with no apology given! The other employees were the absolute best!!!!!!! And tried to make the birthday good !!!! They were the sweetest! This location at **********, ******* has reduced bonus on each plays after issuing fun passes which are valid for 2 months. Alley roller had bonus of 350 tickets? when you reach ***** points which has been reduced to 25 tickets. Power roll had 75 bonus tickets which has been reduced to 20.There have been many such instances and they removed few play like ball picker after we took fun pass.If you can't afford then don't issue fun passes but this is not good. We paid for two months but after purchase services and plays are reduced and tickets are almost vanished.CEC Entertainment, Inc. Response

On Sunday May 19th 2024 I brought my daughter and her friend to this chuckie cheese. I called beforehand to inquire about the new trampoline zone and the cost. When we arrived my daughter already had her own socks from one of the many times we have gone to Urban Air. I paid for ***** for the trampoline and brought 90 minutes of play time. When my daughter and her friend enter the trampoline zone the attendant mentoined she had to have the proper socks. I told him those are the proper socks the slip resistant one from Urban Air. He said ok he didn't know. A few minutes later I'm standing off to the side and notice a light skinned female with what appeared to be dread locs approach my 6 year old and told her she had to come out of the trampoline due to her socks. I walked over and informed her she had on the proper socks at which point she responded that since they are not the socks offered by chuckie cheese my daughter couldn't jump. I was flabbergasted but nonetheless I went took the girls to the front and let the cashier know what she had said and asked for the socks. Well here lies the problem chuckie cheese only offers 3 sizes and all 3 sizes are extremely small. I told the cashier that ***** wont fit my daughter as she wears a size 3-4. The cashier went to get the manager who I now know to be the girl with the dread locs ***** who proceeded to tell me to take it up with corporate because they make the rules. Corporate watches the camera and everytime the see a kid with the socks that they send over the store gets a ding for being out of compliance. I asked her how have they been servicing other kids since my child wasn't not the tallest or biggest child their and I can't imagine this has not been an issue. She said it is the first time and no one else had complained. I told her I didn't believe that because sending kids into a trampoline without the correct and proper fitting socks is a liability. Thank you for submitting the guests comments. We take every comment as an opportunity to continue to serve our guests. Our trampoline socks are mandated by the manufacturer for safety reasons and maintaining the safety of all of our guests is of utmost importance. We offer socks for children in sizes Small, Medium and Large , offering a wide range of sizes and is a reasonable accommodation. We are considering adding XS and XL to accommodate even more kids.
