On February 2, 2023, I ordered a number of items because I was going get a deal by ordering multiple items to get a lower price. Items ordered included belts, backpacks and carrying cases. I received a confirmation email. Four days later Ousell sent a confirmation update. On March 2, 2023, I received a moissanite ring from a shipper in ***** that had a customs declaration value of $55.00 and not the ten items I did order. I replied to Ousell concerning the ring I received and I relisted the correct order number with a list of what I did order. I later received two unspecified rings in the mail from *****. At that point I should have contacted my charge card company to dispute the charged amount. I did receive a notification later of a fraudulent purchase and a new card number. It probably was related to this. I never received items ordered or a refund. I tried to open the Ousell website and received this warning: Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to ousell.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.Review from BOOTHROYD M

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM- THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOUR CREDIT INFO OR HACK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I saw this as a pop up or a banner, extreme low prices on goods. Real purpose is to get your credit info to sell and use for other purchases, never send goods. I placed an order on 1/30/23, expected long ship time (6 weeks) on 2/1/23 my CC was used fraudulently in Huntington Beach, CA to purchase goods at an unknown market. CC company alerted me and we declined charges and replaced card. April 14, 23, I looked for the delivery status, the tracker first said it was going to be delivered on Ap. 6, 2022!! then said invalid tracking number. I reported the original charge as fraudulent to the CC company and sent emails to ousell. Looked online found nothing but bad reviews- except for one review here from Gt. Brit. Company is apparently linked with an Irish company backing fraudulent websites.Review from Charles R

i ordered some stuff from this site, and finally after around 6 weeks , the carrier they used said it was delivered , of which i never received,, i contact them , they responded ,and they said, they would resend the order , i even told them to check the address ,and i gave them my address ,,after another 6 weeks , no package, , i contacted them again , asked for refund ,they told me they would only give me 60% of the amount ,, , now if this isnt a scam ,i idont what is , PPLLEEAAASSSEEEE DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE , SCAM ,,,Review from Rusty R
