Horrible service. I've had the solar panels completely installed since February of 2023 and they have not been turned on. They no longer answer my calls.

I hope you do your research before you sign anything, let me Tell you my experince with Texas Energy Resources Innovation LLC. Always read until the last word and take your time on assimilating the do's don't's, as for me I got into a rush to sign and the seller promised me that I was able to get a tower mini-splits , that means one tower central air , with individual mini-splits through out the house, this was back on February 2 2023 they took approx, 3 months to set up the panels, but they have no word on the splits, they still got me on hold, the whole job was supposed to be done by May 25, 2023 now I'm sitting here waiting to get my panels going , I have not get any call or anything saying what's going to happen with my missing splits , and I have no way to contact them , I try to make a claim with ******** but they are not budging, they are stating that the panels are all already at my house and there is no claim to make, so I have to make the claim with **** The rep for Texas Energy Resources Innovation, but this person or machine do not answer my text any more, o yes he or she or it , do not answer the phone only text messages, so here I am stuck with panels that don't work , and missing equipment, and Goodleap do not want to place a hold on my payments until this issue gets resolved, its just brutal how things are going so far, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANIES THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COSTUMER I hope this will help anyone whose trying to do business with these two Companies. They have not refund my money since May 2023 since they told me they would until the solar panel have been connected. I already filled with Texas *********************** and Texas ********** of ********

Texas Energy Resources Innovations, LLC signed 2 years lease (July 2022) and occupied our newly built office space at *********************************************. They abruptly moved out of the unit without any notice and stopped paying after 8 months and did not even return the office keys. They also messed up all the Carpets with massive liquid droppings, office walls with many holes and left over garbage. No reason given and no response to our emails or phone calls or text.********************* ******** signed the lease (one of the Owners of Texas Energy Resources besides ***************************** and *********************************). Very unprofessional and least trustworthy individuals. Please be extremely careful with any business dealings with them or any their entities.

Texas Energy Resources is very hard to reach. I have been trying to resolve an issue for a month now.
