These guys are the best. They fell a little behind on their installs but made it up by installing our two-car unit on Thanksgiving. Could not be happier with the crew or the quality of the carport. Great job guys.***************, ****

my building was built as i ordered, it is a very good built building. The guys did a very good job building my building. my only complaints are that the windows and man door are a little cheap, but they are sufficient. The only other issue i had was the communication with the guys doing the construction. no one spoke english but they worked hard and did a very good job. good clean-up also.

We have been waiting and calling to get a permit completed since June *******. We make several calls per month and no one knows whats going on. Now phone numbers have been disconnected. Unable to contact the owner or anyone in upper management. The City said a permit was requested over 80 days ago and then the email sent was never responded to by American Steel. ****** tells he is going to find out what is going on and never calls back. Now his number is disconnected. I cant understand why we are being ignored.

We recently got a new carport from this company and the customer service and installation was amazing. Everything was accomplished in a professional manner and completed quicker than stated. Thank you so much.

It took only 4 weeks from my order date to the installation of my cart port being manufactured at American Steel and being delivered and finished by an experience crew.

Love this company. They worked with me on getting set up for a steel building erected on my property. They showed up when they said they would, and the crew they sent to erect it were the best. The price was outstanding as well. I plan on putting up another building in the future and this is the company I will buy that one from. American Steel Car Ports. Is the best.

I went into an Authorized Dealer of American Steel Carports and said 'I have a new SUV that I need under cover'. I'm not good with big measurements, so asked the Representative, "Whatever I need to cover the car", and " As long as my car is covered". I didn't know exactly what I needed, I just knew I wanted my new car under cover. I trusted him. He came up with 12' wide, 18' Long, 10' Tall. My Mistake, I trusted his judgement based on my need, while my car is sitting outside his window. I paid $3,000.00 in Excavation preparation for my new Carport. The Day of installation of the carport, I went to work after confirming the measurements with the crew that the Representative said I needed. When I got home, I was completely dumbstruck at the height of the building!! It's approx. 13'-14' tall!!! It's taller that my rented house! I thought the height would be from the very top of the Carport to the ground NO, It's the side poles that are 10', then, the whole roof structure goes on top of that. It's Hideous! You can park another SUV on top of mine and still have room up there for a canoe. It is NOT going to protect my Car from Snow, etc. I immediately contacted the company directly and they said, 'That's what you ordered'. And, If I want them to come out and cut it down, it'll be $1,000.00. I think the main problem here is with the Authorized Dealer, 'The Representative'. This Authorized Dealer is .30 miles from my home, My new Car was right out front of his window, I asked for guidance, I said, I don't know what I need, other than I need my new car under cover. I was misguided after I asked a Professional to help sell me what I needed. I feel foolish every single day I pull my new car into this ridiculous Carport. It's truly upsetting to go home to everyday.
