I reached out to High Sierra Management Inc, since November of 2022, regarding the structure movement of my condominium. I have had this issue since I bought the condo 6 years ago and notified the Board of Directors and the management company of the matter with a copy of the appraisal, when I bought the condo. My neighbor below me, Kathy *******, also has a structure movement as well and notified the same too. The structure movement has gotten worse since 6 years ago. Each time I reach out to High Sierra I do not get a response back regarding the issue. When I finally did receive a response, it was months and many attempts later and I received a ridiculous excuse that they expected that I would be so naive to believe. And that response came after I told the Board of Directors that their attitude towards me appear to be discrimination. And so now, I have reached out to them again and it has been 6 months since they last communicated with me about the structure matter, and I have heard nothing. At this point, I want it noted somewhere at BBB of how High Sierra Management Inc and the Board of Director's at Chambord Properties ignore my requests for repairs and make it difficult for some residents to fix their condos. I also want a response back regarding the status of my repairs for the structure movement. I pay almost $400 a month to the HOA and with that amount of money, you would think I would receive exemplary customer service, respect and diligent repairs. Pretty soon the HOA fee will be as much as my mortgage. Does that make sense? I just don't understand how they keep raising the HOA fees and ignore my requests for repairs and think I will be okay with their complete disregard to my concerns. Attached is an email trail of my communication to the management companies about the structure movement of my condo. Thank you for your attention to this important matter. Lisa ******
