            On April 6th 2022 I solicited German Drive to perform repairs on my vehicle. I discussed a budget and was told that my vehicle could be repaired within that budget. My initial reason for taking the car to get repairs was my check engine light was on and my car wouldn't pass inspection because of smoke coming from my car. German Drive assured me that they could get it all fixed. They ran a diagnostic and discovered several issues. Over a period of several months I paid German Drive $2333.58 for several things I was informed I would need done to repair my vehicle. The repairs were said to have been completed in July of 2022 but when I picked my vehicle up it was worse than when I initially dropped it off. There was still smoke coming frkm the back my check engine light was still on and my hood sensor warning signal would come on everytime i drove pass 10mph. I took it back to German Drive and they kept my vehicle another month trying to figure out what was wrong but could not. They returned my car in August 29 2022. I then took the car to a certified ************* dealership and was informed that I needed a new instrument cluster and control unit two of the things I paid German Drive to repair. They also informed me that without a proper instrument cluster I would not be able to get an accurate read on why my check engine light was on. I took a copy of the diagnostic back to German Drive and they refunded me $830 for the instrument cluster and the ecu, But refused to refund for the other repairs that didn't fix the problem on my vehicle.
