            **** removed panels from my house roof so that the roof could be repaired and installed them on my car port, he re-wired them and installed a new inverter. Since he has installed them in February of 2023 the inverter has not worked. I have called him numerous times and texted him. He always has excuses. Now he will not respond. I just need him to get the inverter that he chose and installed to work. He has been paid in full. But job is still not complete.

            I hired Solar World, LLC, in July 2022 to install a solar panel system at my home. The owner came out and started with battery and inverter hookup in August, but the actual installation of solar panels has never been completed over five months later. ****, the owner, was last here on August 25. He then became unresponsive to numerous calls, texts and emails. I was legitimately concerned something happened to him, but then was able to reach him after several weeks by using a phone whose number he did not recognize. He was avoiding me. He claimed issues with permitting with the ************** and said it would get resolved, but you would assume he would know before accepting the job what the permit requirements are. He did not.The last communication that he was responsive to was in early November 2022, about two months ago. I have been emailing and texting him since to no avail since. In December 2022, he had a third-party electrician ******************* contact me. **** asked if I wanted the permits filed so that **** could complete the job. I said yes and explained how **** had been unresponsive. I told **** to tell **** to please call me, he said he would. But I have not heard anything from ****. **** then went and filed multiple permits with the **************, including one for a security system, which makes no sense. No permit for installation of a solar system has been approved by the **************.As a result of this whole mess I have half a system installed in my garage and 16 solar panels sitting there, but no solar power. **** has taken my money, over $10,000, put holes in my garage wall with half a system install that is useless unless complete, wasted my time and energy, and been very unprofessional and completely unresponsive. If he cannot complete the job he should communicate that and seek to resolve the issue instead of just ignoring his customers, as I see he has a history of doing with a prior BBB complaint. I regret hiring this company.
