    I've been ordering from this business for years. I placed an order with them on 4/1/2023. On 4/12 I decided to check the tracking info provided by the business via **** Unfortunately *** informed the business on 4/4/2023 that the product had be damaged in transit to me, and that they ( the business) needed to notify me to work the matter out. Well, the business never contacted me and on 4/12, I was finally able to reach someone via telephone. He was extremely **** and aggressive. He looked into the system on his end and he was able to see where *** indicated that the package was damaged. He also went on to explain that he didn't provide refunds and that I would have to send a separate email to another department. I didn't understand why I needed to do this especially being that he could see that *** indicated that the item was damaged in transit and that I never received it, but I did. On 4/12 I sent an email, no reply. On 4/19 almost a week later, I send another email and call--as I still don't have a refund. I reached the same man over the phone and just like when I called on 4/12, he was rude, went on to say that this business gets hundreds of emails a day and that I needed to be patient because it wasn't his fault. He deflected and came up with excuse after excuse and even had the audacity to hang up on me after I requested to speak with his supervisor! When I attempted to call back, my number was blocked. This is totally unacceptable. I paid $85 for a product and $25 for shipping and I still don't have a product or refund. I don't recommend that anyone use this business. As I mentioned, I've used this company for MANY years, and I don't deserve to be treated in this manner, especially when all I did was support a small business.

    We have looked into this issue through email threads, and we have also looked into this so-called "long time customer".

    We have many, very happy satisfied customers, because we have great products and customer service.

    However it is very obvious from email threads and our documented order history that this person is lying in an attempt to get free things. In fact, we have no order under this name before, so just at face value this is an obviously dishonest liar trying to make ** look bad because we didnt give her free stuff.

    There is really nothing else that needs to be said.

    If anyone has any concerns about the reliability of our service, you can call, email, or text to see the quality of our company.

    And if you really want we can send you email threads of this scammer, and order history - or lack thereof - of this so called "long time customer".

    Or maybe shes using another fake name because shes already gone through this before.
