            i currently live in a one bedroom apartment at Paseo ******. Since about 2018 iv'e been expieriencing some health issues that my doctor stated was mold related. i did file a complaint with the property management. thay had their maintenance team (who isn't certified to inspect for mold) inspect my apartment. My apartment has dark spots on the ceiling in my bedroom and living room. Also on the airvents too! When the maintanance team came out they stated there was no mold and just painted over the areas stated above. I'm also reaching out locally to the *************************** and the **** The dark areas have returned since the painting took place.

            ********************* apartment #*** has been inspected thoroughly by our Regional Maintenance Supervisor and there is no mold in her apartment. The black residue she has complained about on her walls are from candles and incense.  We change out her filter in her apartment every three months when we walk units. 

            Unfortunately, I believe this complaint was made due to ************ being upset about not being approved to move into a sister property due to not qualifying income wise.
