  I am a tenant at this property, and I pay $1,155.00 monthly for rent including utilities: water and sewer. Since November 9, 2023, I have been having pluming and sewage issues here. I lost a $150.00 rug and two extra-large bath towels of $20.00 each. The problems have not been resolved by the company. I anticipate that fixing the problem would take extensive work. I would like to leave without consequences and find more suitable living space.

  From the time of the first incident, I personally spoke to Ms. ****** and asked her to provide me with receipts of the rugs so I can reimburse her. All her issues have been addressed timely and resolved by a master plumber.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  I am renting unit 705 not 707. I have been in that unit since August 2023 and there is a major plumbing problem in the drain running under my floor. The master plumber from ******** told the complex manager and I that, to resolve the problem there needs to be extensive work done that will require me to move out. I am requesting to move out away from this apartment complex all together without any consequence since I didnt cause the problem. I have moved out, because my health is at stake. No one should be exposed to such low standards of living. The conditions and potential consequences are not fit for a healthy and quality living.

  sorry she is correct she is in 705 that is my fault I have tried to get receipts from her to replace the rugs and towels ******** did come when I was present and stated. that the sink was fixed it was not a major leak every work order I received from MS ****** was and has always been looked at I've have sent photos to show you that this was not a major leak and texts that verify we have been communicating as well I even went myself to mop and sanitize the area for her after Bosworth was done to make sure it was sanitized

  I am rejecting this response because: ************ leaves me no choice but to accept an other apartment there. My desire is to be released of my lease and move away from this complex completely. I had such a bad experience here. I dont want to go through a similar problem again.
