I had car towed in by a company that **** had towed in, my ******************** 5-31-24 all within one week the first estimate was with tax $2937.60 after tax if left me with the $2700 I was able to get my job to pay me in advance for which this is the first time they help an employee for something like this. I was grateful and before I even receive the money which was in route. I work in Austin ** which is a little over an hour drive where I live in ********** where Mayo 2 is, so I told them my company already started the process from the first estimate. ******* ask me can I get them to give me more money I said no, They had came up with more work that had to be fix I was told to make the problem right, which was now a second estimate $3406.39 so I only gave them $1600 of the $2700 because I had to stay in ****** so I could work and get rides home when i could to get more clothes and check on my house. Then another estimate came $4825.05 I was already having a hard time trying to get the money up. Then out of no where my boss told me I could go get my car because they paid for it. My boss even told me they were about to put a mechanic lien on it. Which I was never told but because they paid for it. It didn't happen. Now I took my car in for all kinds of leaks an my engine light malfunction kept coming on and something that looks like a wrench came on to. Which made me think something needs to be fix plus I kept losing power. I told them all that after my car was dropped off. ******* said the tow guy dropped it off and that my brother was said it was just leaks. That's not true he said engine malfunction and losing power but I also called ******* and told her that. I say this to say she told me today after the second time I have taken the car back because that same malfunction came on even though all the leaks are fixed. That I never told her that the day it was dropped off then she said yes you did tell me over the phone but we put it on the scanner and nothin
