            Back on June 14, 2023 I hired Reign Crecdit Consultants to perform credit repair/credit restoration services. An upfront payment of **** was paid via PayPal on the same date June 14, 2023. ***************************** took my payment of ****.00 via PayPal. Shes the owner/CEO/ Managing Partner of the company above. ****** said she could provide the credit repair/credit restoration services for me. She neglected to do so, and did not follow through on what she had said she would do. I had to contact her several times via text messages, phone calls and emails. just to get her to respond. Sometimes she would respond and sometimes she wouldnt. Most times when I would reach out to her she would have 1 billion excuses as to why she cant speak with me and some mentioning her other clients that she was working with and or performing consultations. When I last contacted her she neglected to answer any of my calls text messages or email. To date has still not has been completed any of my credit repair/restoration services and I have none of the results she said she could get me. The resolution Im looking for with this complaint is to get a full refund of $**** because I do not believe that she ever wanted to assist me or help me. I think that she just collected my money for her own benefit. She also did not inform me that she was unable to help me being that I have already disputed items on my credit report within the last 2 years. It clearly says that in her contract which I did not sign. Every time I reached out to her, she made me feel as if I was bugging/bothering her about her and always mentioned her other clients she was working with. I did not feel respected as a client. I also feel like I was not given the appropriate time or assistance needed to be able to get results in a timely manner. I waited for weeks to get one thing done. Services perform were also were often delayed without valid reasons or excuses.
