    I hired and paid this business for a gutter installation in the amount of $475 on 11/16/22. The work was substandard. To this daythe installation has still not been completed properly nor efficiently. NEARLY THREE MONTHS LATER! There has been three total visits to my home (in order to fix this poor installation) and still after all those attemptsthe business still hasnt gotten it right. And every time I have had to frustratingly contact this business, in asking for yet another visit to my home to correct the problemIm lackadaisically blown off and covertly disrespected, in regards to my time and money that has already been spent for this service. Ive literally been told that I will be gotten to whenever whatever time/day suits the business to get to ***** latest snub like this being today. I will be gotten to on Wednesday (weather permitting) is the best they can apparently do for me today. Nothing new. There has never been a sense of urgency to correct the problem. Thievery! In spite of a gutter system being installed by the business, its not a fully functional and properly working system. Rain water has still been leaking off my roof, falling onto my lawn, and creating pothole damage in my grass. Its almost like I dont even have gutters up. Pointless! Ive been extremely patientbut at this pointnot only has my patience run out, so has my trust in this business ability and integrity to get it right. Incompetence and lack of care has been proven, three times. I dont need additional home visits/times to know they just cant get it right. I dont want this business returning to my home anymoreI just want my money back. Its a system that half ****** can acknowledge their time input for that. But, I want half my money back for a half assed jobwhich is more than fair. Resolution for correcting and closing out this prolonged, ongoing problema refund of $250.

    I am rejecting this response because: Its thus far proven to be fraudulent. The company reached out to me via text (after contact from BBB) on 02/07/2023, agreeing to and requesting my cash app information, in order to pay me the $250. But after I responded with the informationthere was no acknowledgment or payment made. This morning, I sent an additional cash app info/payment reminder textwhich has still gone unacknowledged and ignored. There has absolutely been no payment made yet. Please ensure this business and this matter is posted on BBBs website so others can beware and proceed with caution. Thank you.

    Ma'am nothing is "proven" to be fraudulent. I sent the funds to the cashapp account that YOU provided. I asked you to confirm that you received it with no response. I have screenshots of the transaction and confirmation email.  I'd you did not receive the funds you should had returned my multiple attempts and phone calls yesterday ao we could figure this out. If there was an issue via cashapp then I have no issues with providing you with a check. Please contact me so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
